From the 3rd floor, you'll face the sunrise. And as nature intended, the sun rises slightly to the left of the harbor entrance in winter and slightly to the right in summer.
Depending on the season, sailboats, fishing boats, and even the coast guard navigate through the two lighthouses at the harbor entrance. You can observe them wonderfully with binoculars.

We named the apartment "YOUR Baltic Sea View" because this view is precisely what makes it so special. The location is unique if you appreciate peace and quiet.
Up to four people and three dogs will find ample space here in two bedrooms and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and much more.
On the 15 m² terrace, there's a large beach chair with portholes, allowing you to sit comfortably outside even in windy or cooler weather, watch the migratory birds, follow the sailboats toward the lighthouses, and even observe the kite surfers at Weidefelder Beach.

On cooler days, you can light the fireplace and enjoy the cozy warmth on the sofa, perhaps after a long walk and a sauna session.
Weidefelder Beach is just a short walk away. Your first morning stroll can begin right on the beach.
The dog beach is about 800 meters away. During the off-season, dogs can run free anywhere.
You can walk directly from the apartment to Schönhagen and Damp.
There are countless opportunities for walking, cycling, exploring the surrounding area, or fishing.
You can rent small boats at the harbor – great fun for the whole family.
The adventure golf course is just a few minutes' walk away.
The Italian restaurant "Ciao Bella" and the ice cream parlor "Giovanni" are about a 10-minute walk along the harbor promenade.
You can also reach the EDEKA supermarket, an art café, and a shop selling decorative items in about 10 minutes on foot.
The new beach club, which opened in 2024, awaits you near the EDEKA supermarket.
