we warmly welcome you to our vacation apartment 1.23 at the Bollwark Residence. From your parking space, you can easily take the elevator to the 3rd floor and walk straight to your vacation home. 
This comfortable and very tastefully furnished 75 m² apartment is ideal for up to 6 people and your “four-legged” friends. Of course, we’ve also thought of our little guests.
From the approximately 20 m² balcony facing northwest, you’ll not only enjoy a great view of the Baltic Sea but also a magnificent view of the marina.

The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped units. The two- and three-room apartments are just as comfortable for couples seeking relaxation as they are for families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: there, vacationers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while watching the activity on the water, or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colors of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. The apartments on the upper floors are also easily accessible via an elevator. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival. The team is happy to address any questions or concerns guests may have and provide tips for a varied vacation experience in the region. A spacious bike storage room is available for active vacationers. Families and vacationers enjoying a longer stay at the Schleimündung particularly appreciate the option to use a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
