In the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, nestled between the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea, lies the "Ocean View" holiday apartment. Here, our guests are treated to a breathtaking view of the open sea – seaside time is guaranteed!

The spacious terrace is the heart of the apartment, perfect for relaxed barbecues, enjoying your morning coffee, or sunbathing; there's something for everyone!

The stylishly furnished living area with its light parquet flooring is a true haven of comfort, offering a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea through the panoramic windows. A wood-burning stove and comfortable seating add to the cozy atmosphere. The high-quality fitted kitchen, directly adjacent to the living area, is equipped with everything a home cook could desire. While cooking, you can watch the sailboats glide by – what more could you ask for?

The bedrooms are decorated in light earth and green tones and feature high-quality box-spring beds and floor-to-ceiling windows, providing stunning views of the blue sea.

The modern bathroom with its large, walk-in shower and underfloor heating leaves nothing to be desired.

A parking space is reserved for you directly in front of the holiday apartment.

The wide, white sandy beach is just a three-minute walk from your holiday home and offers swimming, restaurants, and various beach sections for naturists, dogs, and even surfing and kitesurfing.

The apartment is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
