This beautiful apartment welcomes guests with a bright, modern interior. The panoramic front and floor-to-ceiling windows flood all the rooms with natural light, especially the living and dining area. A comfortable sofa, cozy armchairs, and a crackling fireplace invite you to relax. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The spacious balcony, furnished with seating and sun loungers, adjoins the living area and is perfect for sunbathing.

The U-shaped, fully equipped kitchen, along with the adjoining dining area, is the ideal place for cozy evenings of cooking. With freshly prepared delicacies, a glass of red wine, and a view of the harbor, a truly enjoyable holiday is guaranteed.

On the lower floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each furnished with box-spring beds. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the passing sailboats. It doesn't get any closer to the sea! Opposite the bedrooms is the modern bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

A particular highlight of this apartment is the master bedroom on the upper floor, which opens onto a private balcony – the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The upper floor also features another bright bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A parking space is reserved for you directly in front of the property.

The wide, white sandy beach is just a three-minute walk from your holiday home and offers swimming, restaurants, and various sections for naturists, dogs, and even surfing and kitesurfing.

The apartment is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We would be happy to provide you with the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
