This extraordinary holiday home Villa Kunterbunt is located on a narrow headland between the Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. In addition to three sun terraces with panoramic views, a sauna, whirlpool bath and wood-burning stove, the high-quality furnishings and modern interior invite you to enjoy a dream holiday. A special highlight: the large roof terrace with all-round views over the Schlei, the marina and the resort.



The light-flooded living/dining area on the ground floor is the centrepiece of the holiday home. Whether relaxing on the sofa by the crackling open fire or enjoying holiday meals together at the large dining table, the view falls through floor-to-ceiling windows over the terrace directly adjoining the living area. The view is unique, as the beauty of the idyllic Schlei riverbank stands for itself. Here you can relax with a drink on the sun lounger or enjoy the evening sun at a cosy barbecue evening with a Weber electric barbecue and hotplate.



Particularly stylish: the well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and ensures complete holiday comfort. Fondue and raclette are available for that all-round holiday feeling.



On the upper floor, the master bedroom makes dreams come true, as guests can wake up and fall asleep here with a breathtaking view of the Schlei. In the morning, you can start the day on the terrace adjoining the bedroom. A second bedroom with two single beds offers space for two people.



Also on the first floor is the main bathroom with a personal wellness programme: a whirlpool bath, sauna (infrared cabin) with water views and shower make this bathroom a private wellness area.



The highlight of the Villa Kunterbunt holiday home is the large roof terrace, which offers an all-round view of the Schlei and the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort.



A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



There is a car park directly in front of the house as well as a separate bicycle shed with the option of charging e-bikes.
