When it's cool or puffy, dream by the open fire in the living room, snuggle up in the relaxing armchairs, watch your favourite TV programme, discover the available games together, enjoy the massage chair or relax in the infrared sauna (heat cabin).



You can also dream away wonderfully in the two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), feel-good topper, additional hygienic bed linen, reading lamps, spacious wardrobe, pleated blinds, flat screen TV and sliding insect screen. From both bedrooms you have access to the furnished west-facing terrace.

High-speed WiFi is free of charge and the TVs provide streaming services such as Netflix, Magenta Zuhause LMagentaTV Smart, etc.



The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with folding seat, WC, washbasin with vanity unit, a large mirror cabinet, make-up mirror, hairdryer, towel radiator, washing machine and pull-out wall-mounted tumble dryer.



There is also an insect screen on the bathroom window.

The extensive kitchen equipment has everything you could wish for in a modern kitchen. There is a high chair, special crockery/cutlery and a step stool in the bathroom for younger guests.

The entire apartment is fitted with real wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating and pleated blinds. The windows in the living room can also be darkened with an electric roller blind with remote control.

A space in the underground car park is available for your car. From there, you can take the lift directly to your apartment level. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable bicycle cellar next to the underground car park.



If the kitchen is cold, the Italian restaurant at the harbour offers a wide range of delicious food and ice cream.

Popular cocktails, coffee, cakes and an exhibition of local artists await you in the art bar.

The EDEKA supermarket, also located at the harbour, is well stocked for your shopping needs.



There is also a bistro with a selection of snacks and a well-stocked bakery.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to the high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
