Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei, this holiday apartment impresses with its spaciousness, a fantastic view of the Schlei on both sides and all-day sun on the large south-facing terrace with a view over the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is just a few minutes' walk away.



The living/dining area of the holiday apartment is flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows overlooking the harbour and the Schlei. The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz.



A romantic candlelight dinner or a sociable barbecue or harbour cinema is guaranteed here. On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The living room is a cosy place to spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace, even on bad weather days in the north.



The relaxation area is located on the first floor of the apartment. From the master bedroom you have a fantastic view of the harbour. Fall asleep under the stars, where a skylight not only gives you a view of the starry sky, but also of the wonderful cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. Meanwhile, the second bedroom looks out over the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord.



The spacious bathroom offers everything you need, a shower bath and a Finnish sauna. Pleasant wellness moments are pre-programmed and ensure wonderful relaxation even in the cooler seasons. What could be better on holiday than ending a long day at the Baltic Sea in your own private wellness area?

This apartment is a maisonette on the first and second floors. The allocated parking space directly at the house offers additional comfort that you won't want to miss.



Our favourite spot: Put your feet up on the terrace with a book in your hand and enjoy the sunset with a view of the harbour.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are not possible.
