Hale Nalu is our beautiful luxury beach villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu! Our fully equipped central AC 4th floor villa is located in the Beach Tower at the gorgeous Beach Villas, unit #406. It’s situated on Lagoon 2. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our home, NOT a hotel or timeshare property, that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 2 bedrooms (sleeps a maximum of 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths with over 1200 square feet of living space.
Stunning ocean and mountain views await you every day as you sit on the lanai. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai, adding an additional 235 square feet of living space.

A full-size LG stack washer/dryer adds all the conveniences of home in a vacation rental instead of an impersonal hotel room. In addition, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to stream your favorite entertainment to the large flat-screen Smart TV's in every room. Other amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare.
Included at no additional charge, we provide one reserved parking space included with our unit. Additional parking can be obtained for a one-time parking fee of $25 per vehicle for the entire stay.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, matching nightstands, and dresser. In the en suite bathroom, you’ll find an amazing soaking tub and separate shower, which is equipped with grab bars. Both bathrooms come with grab bars around the toilet as well. The secondary master is furnished with 2 twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request, a full dresser, and a nightstand. The secondary bathroom features its own exquisite décor, including a deep soaking tub/shower. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, offering the ability to have up to six guests in the villa. The villa’s décor is island-themed with vibrant colors and local flair. For your dining pleasure, there is a glass-top dining table which seats 6 comfortably in addition to the 4 high-back barstools.

We are also located about 35 minutes from the world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets, and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town, Hawaii's Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery. Breath-taking Hanama Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further, or head up the scenic H2 for 45 minutes to the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii's infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline, & Turtle Beach to name a few. Costco, Target, Safeway grocery, Long’s drugstore, many restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping are a quick 10-minute drive to Kapolei.
The Ko Olina Resort and Marina have many options for you as a guest. For boaters, the marina located at Lagoon 4 offers sightseeing excursions to see humpback whales and spinner dolphins play offshore during the day or sunset cruises during the evening. For those who enjoy golf, the Beach Villas are across the street from an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson, and home to the LPGA LOTTE Open. Roy's Restaurant is also located across the street at the golf course within an easy stroll. Also within walking distance is our marketplace which houses several great eateries and markets. Ko Olina also offers a short walk to the Disney Aulani Resort and the new Four Seasons Resort on Lagoon 1 for dining and spa services. Longboards & Longhi’s restaurants are located on Lagoon 3.
RENTAL RATES: Our rental rates are as published. Taxes, resort fee, and cleaning fee(s) are extra. No credit card processing fees. Check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out at 10am but we are willing to work with you on any special requests you may have. PAYMENT TERMS: 50% of the total is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in, but we can work with your specific needs.
