Great location!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all that Ko Olina offered us - easy beach access, strolls along the lagoon trail, sunset sail, snorkeling (and a sea turtle sighting right in our lagoon!), and great restaurants.We were here for a wedding and spent the week exploring the entire island! We would happily stay here again.

Fantastic!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo in Ko'Olina and we loved it! We stocked up at Costco in Kapolei before check-in and then Shane helped us with loading everything to the condo, which was super nice! We appreciated the option of being able to make our own meals in the great kitchen and even more enjoyed eating out on the lanai, enjoying the tropical lagoon views.My 87 year old mom came from Seattle with me for a visit with my kids that live in Oahu. We had my two young granddaughters stay with us and it was just such a treat to enjoy the pools and the beach.The condo was well outfitted with everything needed for a great stay, including beach chairs, toys, snorkel gear, etc.We took a couple trips away from Ko'Olina, but having visited Oahu many times, what I really wanted was a break from work and to relax at the pool. I'll have to say it was an added benefit to meet so many nice people while lounging at the pools and hot tubs. We'll definitely be back!!

Little piece of paradise

We stayed in this beautiful condo for a week and it was perfect. The condo, the view, the lagoon, the employees, and the area we were in were great. It was a nice change from the hustle of Waikiki and we would definitely stay again. The views were beautiful for both sunrise and sunset. The lagoon was beautiful and peaceful even when people were out it never felt crowded. The condo was perfect for our family of three and was a great home base as we would head out almost every day for a new adventure. Communication was easy and check in was a breeze. Some might say that there are a lot of rules but they are all common sense for the most part. Take care of the space and what’s inside of it. We booked this condo at the last minute after deciding to cancel our hotel in Waikiki and have no regrets. Until next time! Mahalo!

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay. The Villa was clean and comfortable. The Lani was amazing! The view is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed many relaxing hours on that Lani. The Tiki bar down in the pool area was wonderful. We enjoyed being able to go down there for a cocktail in the evening. Ko Olina is a wonderful location away from the congestion of Honolulu. The small town center has a Starbucks, ABC store and Monkeypods restaurant and was an easy walk. We enjoyed being able to take the short walk to pick up things we needed for our stay.

Great room at a nice property

This was a great room for our family to use for a recent weeklong trip to Oahu. The unit itself is well maintained and spacious with a good assortment of kitchen supplies, linens and beach toys to use. A great view of the lagoon from the lanai with a dining area and sitting area to relax on. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to this island1

Nice escape

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The resort is a secluded retreat with great access to nearby amenities. The condo was well stocked and clean on arrival.

Ko Olina Property

We love this property, however the floors were not as clean as one would expect. Shortly after arriving we wiped a small spill of water on the floor in the kitchen area and when we cleaned it up dirt from the floor showed up on the paper towel. Other than that, we loved being close to the beach. Property management staff were friendly and efficient.

Great Family Location

Ko’Olina is well manicured and staffed. Nice hidden gem with sunsets. Beach villas lagoon ideal for family. Very safe. Two bed condo was one of the best I have stayed.

Lovely Unit in Ko' Olina!

Communication is key and I must say, Phyllis was most helpful and kind regardless of the issue. She was truly a large help completing the reservation and providing all helpful directions and instructions. The description of the unit is exactly what was provided and all accommodations. If you pass this unit by, you will regret not taking advantage of the beautiful sunset and sunrise views from the kitchen and bedrooms. We were pleased with this unit and it is one of the units at the top of our list for a great stay-cation. I do hope many more guests receive the kindness and concern we received for as long as this unit is available for a retreat experience.

Family Vacation @ Lovely Ko Olina!

The fabulous condo @ Ko Olina was a fantastic experience, the views breathtaking, and the surrounding area, amenities, beach access, restaurants were all out of this world! This was a unique serene place when all others looked overcrowded with post-Covid vacationers. We loved coming back each day to truly a place we could call our home any day. Highly recommend.

Awesome villa close to the water with great view

This villa was perfect... Really close to the water, great views... and the amenities of the complex were great (gym, beach bar, pool, hot tub, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and location!

My family recently visited for a family vacation and this condo was perfect! Great location, clean property and the communication was excellent! The only thing I would say that could be improved upon is to get some plastic cups for the pool area. Glass is not allowed so having some plastic cups in the unit would be great. Otherwise it was perfect! 5 stars all the way

Nice property and unit, but lacking amenities

Ko Olina Beach Villas is a wonderful place. Nice pool, lounge chairs, beachside bar and BBQs. This is a very nice unit. We rented two units. If the owners responds to a resolve the issues I’m pointing out, I would give this unit a 5 start review. As a VRBO owner of a Montana property, I want everyone to unconditionally recommend VRBO and I cannot do that for this property. Three points lacking with this unit. They are not huge issues, but they should not be issues at all. The property has very nice BBQs for guests – this unit had NO BBQ tools. As it should be, glass is not allowed in the pool areas – this unit had NO plastic glasses. Take a look at the picture of the deck chairs. The wooden slates were very uncomfortable. We folded towels as cushions. The other unit we rented had BBQ tools, Plastic glasses for the pool. and comfortable deck chairs with cushions.
