"Maravilhoso. Hotel 5 estrelas mssmo. Atendimento exepcional. Tudo limpo, bonito, comida maravilhosa servida em sistema de pratos a la carte mas sempre com apenas 1 opcao no almoço e 3 no jantar. Café da manhã buffet e vc pode pedir algumas coisas como omelete, ovos, etc.. o lado com vista para o lago é meljor, achei mais seguro relacionado a animaos chegarem oerto. Mas nesse lado so tem quattos para casal. No lado do rio tem quartos familia e é mais indicado para quem viaja com cdiancas. A noite da um medo de sair do restaurante e jr para o quarto mas os funcionários dizem nao ter perigo Só fizemos safari a tarde porque estava chovendo e não teve o da nos dias em que ficamoa, mas foi super legal e o guia Rudolph foi super atenciosos e sabia muito sobre os animaos para nos explicar. When I arrived, I was offered either a New Year’s Eve dinner or a reservation at the hotel restaurant. I chose the restaurant and asked them to book a safari for the next day, but I needed information because I would be leaving the hotel at 11 a.m. After two hours past my reservation time, I still had to wait another 20 minutes just to get information. Meanwhile, they told me the reservation didn’t exist and kept asking, “But for how many people? All day? Who booked it for you? We don’t have that here.” Remember the hotel I booked for the dinner? The plan was for them to pick me up at 8 p.m. No one showed up. I went to one of the hotel restaurants to ask if it was there,they said no. I went to reception, and no one knew anything. Finally, someone took me to my reservation and, guess what, it was the very same restaurant I had asked at the beginning. At that restaurant, I had to look for a table myself, get up to grab a menu, walk to the bar to order food, get up to ask if it would take long, and get up again to ask for the bill.
