We enjoyed our stay!

The location is perfect for any activity you want do on Kauai. The view from the room was beautiful.The property was clean, the plants and trees were well maintained and you had access to most of the amenities. (Just not Laundry) They did tell us there was a laundromat close by.The room was clean and comfortable as a bonus you have 2 folding chairs, a snorkel set and cooler for your beach use.We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ocean, chickens and the people that would walk by. Several restaurants and the Coconut Market are in walking distance and Safeway was just a 3 minute drive away. The few cons we did experience were:The sink is a little small for washing plates and cutting boards.The coffee maker! Yes it was a kuerig. We bought an adapter to eliminate the kuerig plastic cup waste. Iā€™m just saying there is nothing wrong with just a basic coffee maker.If we went back would we rent this Vrbo again the answer would be yes.

The condo was great! Exactly how it is in the pictures. They had beach chairs, snorkel gear and towels for beach days! Itā€™s a good, central location on the island. Can be on the North Shore in 35 minutes, and can be in Waimea Canyon in an hour. Great shops and food nearby as well! The pool and hot tub was nice and the beach was a great view all week long!

Nice stay in Kauai

The place was good for our needs but it was outdated and the bed was firm and uncomfortable. The kitchen was very small and we didnā€™t realized sothere was a hot plate to use for cooking until midway through our trip. We appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel gear available. We loved the beachfront access where we sat each morning and had our coffee and breakfast. Lava Lava Beach Club was also just 100 ft away and we had dinner and drinks there a few times. Would consider staying again. Thank you!

Right on the beach/beachwalk! Great sunrises, walks, proximity to Coconut Market (with ABC). Sleeping Giant for lunch and supper plates, Lava Lava for breakfast and happy hour!

Loved this location

Room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great if you plan on doing things all over the island. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was very nice. Access to the Coconut Marketplace convenience store was nice. Would highly recommend renting this listing!

Awesome seaside bungalow

Description of this property was spot on! Check in was easy and property manager was extremely helpful. Location of the property was beautiful and we enjoyed waking to the sunrise and listening to the ocean. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and getting to all points of interest. If we didnā€™t feel like driving, we could walk next door to the Coconut Market Place which had restaurants, shops and a market. Super convenient, clean and friendly. Had an awesome experience. The TV was impossible to figure out even with the multiple instructions. There isnā€™t a HDMI2! We didnā€™t care too much as we donā€™t watch a lot of TV but you need better instructions for the next guest.

Becoming a morning person

View is accurate from pictures. I wanted to get up in the morning to enjoy the view and the sound of waves rather than sleep in. Rental was clean with an air purifier to run. I did have a sinus/allergy attack which probably was curtain and bedding. Water pitcher and basic kitchen supplies were provided. Was able to reheat in microwave or toaster oven. Location is great with Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Marketplace an easy walk. Parking was easy for Islander on the Beach. This was perfect place for a first time visitor to Kauai.

The location is awesome, it was beautiful to have that amazing ocean view right outside the door. The coconut marketplace is less than a 5 minute walk away and has great restaurants and stores. Awesome place!

Great Location

Beautiful views from the balcony! Steps from a great beach and a 1 min walk to our favorite restaurant. Itā€™s about a 2 min walk to some good shopping and a couple of good places to get coffee. Plenty to do in this area. Mid island so itā€™s not far to explore north or south. Now for the room. Itā€™s a hotel room with a small kitchenette. Apartment size fridge and a small sink. There is a microwave, toaster oven and a hot plate. There is dishes and a few pots and pans. Out on the porch there are a few beach toys you can use. The a/c worked great but at night we preferred to open the slider, feel the ocean breeze and listen to the waves. When you check in there is hotel check in and VRBO check in (all at the same counter) we were told that the VRBO rental were not allowed to use the laundry and there was no towel or linen service. They said there was a laundry mat down the road. There were 4 bath towels and 2 beach towels provided. I did not find any extra sheets. We were there 7 nights and with a lot of beach time it would be nice to have access to clean towels and a change of sheets. Also the bed is pretty firm. We had a wonderful time and canā€™t wait to come back and explore more of the beautiful place!

Great beach front property

Great location with beachfront balcony. Beautiful well kept grounds. Small kitchenette, but full size fridge, which was nice. Very comfortable bed!
