Come experience Kauai in this Ocean Front condo with unobstructed views of the crystal clear blue waters. Islander on the Beach is located Beach Front in beautiful Kapaa along the coconut coast. It is central on the island, walking distance to farmers markets, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the beach! Guests LOVE staying at this complex. Islander has Aloha spirit with the Beach Front pool, spa, BBQs, and Tiki Bar for all guests to enjoy.

This condo has been newly decorated with King size bed, NEW 50" flat screen mounted TV, linens, sofa sleeper.

Islander 352 offers Ocean Views from the third floor, this complex is very quiet, just open up the doors and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

This studio has a King size bed and twin sofa sleeper to accommodate 3 guests. We provide all linens for your stay including bath and pool/beach towels for you! This studio is equipped with beach chairs and a cooler for easy use around the island!

The kitchenette is equipped with a half refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils for basic meals! We get you started with paper goods like paper towels, dish soap, sponge and a few rolls of toilet paper, then you take it from there!

This studio has AC, 50" TV, and free WiFi! There are no resort fees and parking is Free! Come relax in the comfort of your own Home Away from Home at the beloved Islander on the Beach 352! Kauai is calling!

Note: This condo is not part of the Aston Hotel, meaning there is no resort fee associated. Daily housekeeping is Not provided, and guests are not able to use the on-site laundry facilities. You can purchase a mid-stay clean from our cleaners for a sheet change and towel exchange for services requested or you can use the laundromat in Kapaa only about a quarter of a mile away!

The view from this studio condo was phenomenal and exactly as advertised. The room was hotel room-sized as expected but was fine for the two of us. The small kitchenette had a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dorm-sized fridge which was enough to have bagels and coffee for breakfast or a sandwich for lunch. Plates, cutlery, and cups were provided along with beach chairs and beach towels. There were several grocery stores a short drive away and a small grocery/ABC store at the shopping center next door that you can walk to. It was easy to get to and it's location on the island makes it easy to get to other sights.

This property is a gem! Breathtaking views of the ocean and you can hear the waves at night. Excellent location next to coconut marketplace with shops, markets and tons of food options. Kapa’a is also conveniently located on the island if you’re exploring both south and north shore on your trip!

So beautiful! That's what my husband and I kept saying during our stay here at Islander Beach. The room was clean and very comfortably set up for our 10 day stay! Uncompromised view of the ocean was so amazing. Why did i think we needed our sound machine for sleep? All we needed was the lullaby of the sound of the ocean by opening the patio door!!

My first impression was not great, the place smelled very musty and I didn’t even want to open my suitcase. We turned up the AC went to dinner and came back to a room that no longer smelled musty.The view from the lanai is amazing, especially those sunrises. We were here during a full moon and it was like daylight and so beautiful.The condo itself has just about everything you need. We had 6 sets of nice big bath towel sets, 2 beach towels, 2 chairs, 2 small coolers, coffee filters, cutting boards and much more in all the drawers & cabinets.The location is perfect! We were here for 7 days and only had a small amount of rain one morning. There are 7 restaurants, a mall and small grocery store within walking distance to the condo. The beach is right there. We never had to take our chairs down, there were always open lounge chairs when we wanted to go to the beach. The beach was never crowded, you have your own space! The maintenance around the condo is fantastic, I just wish they would maintain the beach front by raking up the pinecones from the trees occasionally.Parking at night was sometimes an issue. 3 nights we had to park outside the complex.We liked having a freezer and refrigerator in the room along with all the places to hang wet clothing and towels. The place was super clean. My suggestions is a luggage rack next to the tv since there are only 2 drawers available and plastic wine/glasses. Would stay here again!!

Close to Coconut Market

The beach is beautiful. Restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance, which is a huge plus. Kayaking is close by. It’s also close to the airport.

Perfect Getaway!

I had an amazing stay at Islander on the Beach 352 Ocean Front in Kauai! The location is perfect – centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore all the best spots. Waking up to incredible sunrises every morning was a highlight. The condo was clean, and the bed was super comfy, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. It’s also close to great restaurants and shopping, which made things so convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kauai!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at this property several times before through the hotel portion. This time we rented a condo through VRBO. We love the property and location. Everything about the individual condo was great. It was an oceanfront condo on the third floor. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There were plenty of towels. Candace was very responsive to our questions and replied to texts within minutes. We were able to check in early too. I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Kauai.

Perfect location right on the beach

Everything You Need!

Super nice vacation unit right on the beach. Small kitchenette was fully stocked so perfect for morning sunrise coffee and evening drinks and appetizers. Good location halfway between the north and South island highlights. Hanalei Bay and Waimea State Park should not be missed! A car is a must but take time to rent bikes for a gorgeous ride on the path adjacent to Islander on the Beach!

Beautiful view and great location!

We loved the view from the lanai most of all. We enjoyed incredible sunrises every morning. The location was fantastic with tons of food and shopping options within walking distance. The unit was clean and comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. We hope to visit again in 2026.

Very nice room and view

Room was spacious and clean. The view was gorgeous. The ocean was right off our lanai (we were on the 3rd floor) with spectacular sunrises. Only bad thing was that there was no laundry area. We weren’t allowed to use the hotels. We had to use the public laundromat a few minutes down the road and unfortunately someone had washed greasy clothes and we ended up having to buy few new items. Otherwise it was a great stay.

First part of our honeymoon

We stayed here after dropping our family at the airport, the day after getting married! I spoke to Candace about checking in early, the day of check-in, and she was very accommodating. The room is exactly as it appears in the listing, the property is very well maintained, and the pool/tiki bar situation is amazing. The location is great, lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. We would certainly stay again. The roosters are prevalent and vocal on the property, but that's Kauai!

Great Place, Amazing View!

This place met our needs perfectly. Right on the beach. Walking distance to lots of food options. Not long drives to anywhere on the island. Completely happy with everything about it. No surprises and super easy check in/out with great communication. We hope to be back.

Just what we needed!

This rental was perfect size for two people to settle after days out and about on the island. The balcony view to the ocean and hearing the waves to fall asleep was so relaxing. All of the surrounding amenities were so close and convenient, just down the steps to get either beach or pool access, then a short walk just across the parking lot to the Coconut Marketplace for any souvenir, food, and grocery shopping needed.
