I had an amazing stay and would definitely book again! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my trip. It had reliable hot water, kitchen utensils and other helpful essentials, plus streaming services like Netflix and Paramount+ on the TV.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The tropical flowers, landscaping, and overall environment make the entire property feel peaceful and welcoming. The pool area is amazing, with a poolside bar, hot tub, and the beach directly in front of it. You can hear the waves crashing and enjoy beautiful views all around. Everyone I met was friendly, and the bartenders were especially kind and welcoming.
The host was also wonderful and extremely accommodating. A tropical storm caused problems with my flight, and he kindly allowed me to extend my stay for an additional night, which was incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. I also contacted him about what I thought was an issue with the room, and maintenance arrived very quickly. It turned out to be a simple misunderstanding on my end, but I truly appreciated how promptly they responded and assisted me.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The host, room, resort amenities, oceanfront setting, and friendly atmosphere were all amazing. I would absolutely stay here again!
