Check in was super fast and easy. The lady at the front desk was super nice. The room is very clean and comfy beds. Very clean property can not wait to try breakfast!

Staff was friendly and helpful. We needed to move to a different room as our first one was smelly/stuffy. Shower head was spraying all over, needed to be tightened. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet

Room way very clean and made me feel very comfortable in it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice grab and go breakfast with some toaster options as well. Overall great stay when you're on the road and need a place to feel comfy and sleep!

Had our reservations messed up (asked for 2 rooms with adjoing doors, didnt even have them on the same floor..even after calling to verify). Remote didn't work, got double beds not queen, smoke alarm went off when the heat was on, bathroom door didn't shut, no coffee pot in the room, breakfast cut off at 830am, picture above the bed loose and rattled.

Thank you for your response, your reservations was booked as you see on your booking confirmations which has all details. we never have any Queen bed on property, never we offer coffee pot in rooms, But we do offer coffee in lobby 24/7 . No picture frames in room.

I checked in super late, the staff was super friendly and professional. Hotel was clean, parking was a bit difficult because there was a Chiefs game that night. The room was clean, and a smokers room, I didn't think they existed anymore!

Our room was dirty. The towels had been used and refolded, there was red & yellow marks on the towels in the bathroom and the rags hadn’t even been folded. There was holes in our bathroom door like someone had punched it multiple times. The carpet had not been vacuumed in I don’t know how long. It was stickey and had fuzz balls/mud globs all over it. The stairs and entrances were filthy as well with dirty. The whole hotel smelled of old cigarette smoke. The lobby was clean and staff was very kind. Bedding was clean, seemingly.

Smelly room
The room seemed clean but the smell when you walked in was terrible, I don't even know how to describe, was listed as a non-smoking room but the musty damp smell could have been old cigarette smoke. Don't know how they list it as free breakfast, waffle maker was the only warm thing they had, I have stayed in some nice super 8's over the years this definitely was not one of them. Would not stay at this one again. Got woken up in the early morning hours with people shouting and cursing at each other in the next room, just wanted a quite nights sleep. Front desk clerk I am pretty sure was sleeping in his chair in the morning when we got ready to leave.

Think twice before booking
Breakfast on second day had no power so no waffles, toast, coffee. Went to inquire with front desk and lady was rude saying she can’t help with that. Poor service. How about saying “sorry - we are trying to fix for our guests”. Room wasn’t in great shape. Shower taps were coming off the wall.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and also VERY, VERY patient when it came to dealing with an unbelievably rude guest who was trying to check-in when we returned from our night at World's of Fun (Friday, August 4th, around 10:30pm). Much credit to the staff for their restraint in not saying what I would have said given how ridiculously they were being treated and spoken to by the "guest". The staff didn't kick them out. I would have.

Smelly and cranky
The room smelled like it had been wet and never dried. Our bath towels stayed wet the entire weekend. I didn't ask for more because I didn't really care and had other smaller towels. It just seemed very damp in the room. The sheets even felt damp. Otherwise it was clean. The "Breakfast" they offered left much to be desired. Fruit loops, Corn Flakes, yogurt, and coffee that was barely coffee, mostly water. I paid almost $300 for two nights, a better breakfast and a room that doesn't smell like wet carpet would have been nice. Oh and every time my partner and I entered the front door, a person was vacuuming or moping and acted like we were weird and even rude maybe, for walking through to get to our hallway. I guess most people don't go to their room during the day so that's when it gets cleaned and I'm glad they are cleaning but don't be mad at a guest for coming in the front door.

The hotel had a bad smell. The dryer sheets stuck in the air conditioner didn’t help. & the pool was nasty. The lobby smelled like marijuana. I definitely won’t be back.

They didn't clean the rooms had extra key cards in room and stuff in fridge. Cigarette hole in converter on bed in a smoke free room. When got there to check in I was in line behind a customer who had been waiting a while he got frustrated then left I'm still standing in line waiting Two more people showed up still no one at front desk. I had to call the hotel twice before someone showed up at the front. They other couple said they was wanting on a refund. Also the dinning room was dirty and piles of trash around the trash can and on counter. Just gross I will never go back!!!!

As Expected
On the very positive side, the towels were unexpectedly luxurious and the breakfast offerings plentiful. Though we stayed here for the price and location, I believe there is no excuse for the condition of the tub/toilet space. The re-finishing of the tub had worn out. There were holes in the wall of the tub area where the shower head comes out of the wall and where the water spout comes out in the tub. Obvious rust/mold on the ceiling above as well. The seat of the desk chair was filthy (we placed a towel on it before sitting)
