After booking, guests must complete one of the following required protection options through our Guest App:

✔ $450 refundable security deposit

OR

✔ $45 non-refundable damage waiver

This requirement is mandatory for all reservations and processed separately off-platform.

The $45 Damage Protection Program provides coverage for accidental damage up to $450. Please note this does not include smoke remediation cleaning, lost parking passes, garage remotes, key fobs, or access devices. Replacement fees for these items are $200 each.



🪪 Guest Verification Requirement

For security, legal compliance, and property protection purposes, guests may be required to:

✔ Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

✔ Confirm personal contact information

✔ Complete identity verification through our secure portal

✔ Undergo a background screening if required by ownership or management

Verification details are used strictly for screening and security purposes only.

All guests must also sign a rental usage agreement before receiving check-in instructions.

Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Same-day reservations must complete verification within 1 hour. Reservations that fail to complete required verification steps may be canceled.



🏢 Building Amenity Disclosure

Please note that all shared building amenities are controlled and maintained by building management rather than the host. Amenity availability may occasionally change without notice due to maintenance, repairs, inspections, or management decisions.

This may include elevators, laundry facilities, common areas, gyms, pools, or other shared spaces where applicable.

While I’m always happy to report issues to management on your behalf, I cannot guarantee availability, repair timelines, or uninterrupted access to building-operated amenities.

By booking, guests acknowledge and accept that temporary amenity interruptions may occur during their stay.



🔧 Maintenance Access Notice

Occasionally, maintenance personnel may require access to the unit during your stay to complete important repairs, inspections, or building-related maintenance. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, as scheduling is often coordinated directly through building management.

Please note that refusing scheduled maintenance access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
