Pleasant Stay
The stay was good, the parking was terrible. One space designed for a compact car and we had to put our pickup truck into it. :) And several nights, someone else parked in our assigned space.

Cute Condo
This condo is cute and very conveniently located close to local hospitals. It was just what we needed, the owners were kind and provided a very clean, and fully furnished home. We very much enjoyed our stay, we will definitely use again in the future!

Anniversary weekend
We were in town to celebrate our anniversary by attending the KU vs WSU basketball game downtown. This condo was very convenient to downtown and also to the plaza where we had evening dinner reservations. Our only glitch was the door code entry to the building wasn’t working. We did get a prompt reply from the owner plus a neighbor was on his porch and ran down to let us in. The condo itself was comfortable and served our purposes. Parking is a little tight, but we managed!

KC Stay
The location was excellent for our purposes. The condo was spacious. The kitchen was not stocked, very limited with cookware, plates, etc which made preparing meals very difficult.

Great Location but a few gripes
PROS: Location was great, walking distance of plaza. Place was clean and had 2 full-size bedrooms. CONS: Though central, the area was a little bit sketchy. Bed Mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on - big dips in them you would roll into - we got no sleep. We took it in turns to get to sleep on the couch! Also, the advertised parking space was taken up by an abandoned car for the whole time we were there, so we had to park on the street. the owner said there was nothing they could do about it. Lastly - the kitchen had almost no basic equipment (pots, wine glasses, enough cutlery, etc).

Perfect getaway in the city.
This property was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The check in process couldn’t be easier and the host was easy to communicate with. We loved the proximity to the Plaza and Westport and downtown. As a runner, I can say that early morning runs were great and I always felt safe. We will come back on our next visit to KC!

Plaza property
Great location, quiet property, nice and clean. Only complaint is that one of the rooms did not cool down with the air conditioning and water pressure, in the showers, was very low.

Great Holiday Weekend Trip in KC
We were so thankful to have found this property last minute because we were invited to a family 4th of July party. It is so nice to be able to stay in a multiple bedroom place instead of getting my daughter her own hotel room. The place was quiet, really nice and perfect for the weekend.

Excellent Location and Exactly What I Needed
I was in town for one night (I was attending a funeral). The spot was 5-10 minutes from everything and everywhere I needed to be. The spot was spacious and comfortable. Also it was pretty quiet.

Great location
Loved the apartment and the location. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and stores. Within driving distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Place was very cute and clean. A plus was your own designated parking space!

Disappointed
I am very disappointed I have to write this review. My husband and I and another couple rented this condo for a weekend trip to KC. Finding the condo and accessing it (getting in) was easy. We found when we got to the condo there was no iron or ironing board so I texted owner and, after several texts, their cleaning lady brought an iron and ironing board. Late in the evening we were getting ready for bed and it had started raining. I went into the kitchen to get a glass and stepped in a large puddle of water. There was rain water coming in from the back door (we really don’t know where it was coming from). I immediately texted the owner and heard nothing back. I called and left a voicemail. No reply from owner. My friends found another phone number to call so I called that number. The owner answered that number and kept saying he couldn’t hear me as I started describing the floor flooding. After a few more minutes of this, he finally could hear me and said to just wipe up the water with towels. Of course we did but my husband and friends and I really didn’t spend over $1,000 to wipe up flood water and deal with a mess. Owner did not seem concerned about the floor nor understand why we were upset. When asked if one night’s refund would be given, the owner replied only if we left the condo for the night. It was past 10:30PM, we had nothing else lined up so we just had to deal with the mess and not receive a refund. Owner was upset with us for calling and called us “a pain in the butt” referring to requesting an iron and ironing board earlier and reporting of the flooding. Owner had cleaning ladies come the next morning (so kitchen floor was sopping and squishy wet when you walked on it all night). The very nice and apologetic cleaning ladies brought a dehumidifier and extra, clean towels for us. They also located a fan to constantly blow on the floor which I understood but was unpleasant for us and made the condo chilly. I started a complaint case withh VRBO and feel that will go nowhere and is another long and disappointing story. I cannot recommend this condo nor the owner at all.

Great Plaza location; great owners
When we arrived, housekeeping have not been by but the owners were so apologetic and immediately fixed the situation, Making everything perfect while we enjoyed dinner. We actually were able to enjoy the outside patio during our stay-such a cool area. It’s such a convenient location with plenty of space-we will definitely book here again!

Exactly as described
Needed a place in KC for a family of 6 and didn't want to be in a cramped hotel room. I booked it because it was cheap and looked ok. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. It's roomy, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and well equipped with literally everything we needed. The owner was also quick to respond to my emails. I'd highly recommend it.

Do Not Stay Here
We had a horrible experience staying here. The property has not been maintained at all. It was dirty, had a lot of flies, and smelled like mildew. There was water coming up through floors and carpet. Owner moved us to another unit in the same complex which had mold growing in closet and cockroaches in faucets and kitchen. The pictures in the listing must have been from when they were newly renovated, but they have not been maintained and are dirty and in disrepair. The owner was quick to respond, but unapologetic and refused to acknowledge the issues or refund any of our money.

Quick KC Getaway with Kids
The rooms in the unit were as advertised. The property was clean and well maintained and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located near the plaza. The kitchen is not really equipped for true cooking, but coffee, towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies were all well stocked. The layout was a little odd as the master bedroom suite actually has the two double beds, and the room with a single bed is right off the main hall where there was little privacy. The assigned parking space was not a full-size space, so parking was a bit of a challenge.

Good Condo Layout, decor and a Great location!
Centrally located to the Plaza and Westport. Layout of the house was great and decor was nice. The shared bathroom sink was too small with no place to put toiletries and the sink did not drain properly. It snowed 2-3 inches with ice during our stay and it was nice to find rock salt available to put down on the walk way and parking lot. We will stay here again as we come to KC a lot.

Perfect location. Perfect place.
Overall this place was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice oh, it's better in person. The only downside is the parking is on a very steep hill and my parents had a difficult time, getting out of the car.

OK property, very poor communication
I rarely give bad reviews and try to work out issues with the providers; unfortunately, I do not have much choice with this property. The check in process and initial communication was good. We checked in Thursday evening and I immediately let the owner know that there were 5 of us staying in the property but only a few hangers – only two really – the others were for baby or toddler clothing. The owner replied immediately that he would provide hangers the following day. I also provided feedback that there was something gross on the carpet – likely toothpaste, and that the master bed lamp was not working. After my initial email, I heard nothing. No hangers were ever delivered, and no response to any further messages. We made sure the follow the checkout procedures and left the property in great shape but I still have not received the deposit money. Again, I sent a follow-up email, and again, no response. Additional feedback... the bedrooms could use new mattresses as they seem very worn.

Good location but NOT CLEAN
Last minute stay for one night. Location is very convenient to Country Club Plaza but property is not clean. Carpet was very dirty and stained. Light switches, walls, baseboards.....GROSS!!! The building is very old which is fine but unit is in need a very good deep clean. Owners are very responsive and had a nice touch of coffee pods. Not the fault of the owners but upstairs tenants were very loud most of the night and we didn’t get much sleep. Lighting in room with two beds and bathroom is horrible even with shades open. Overall we had a very short stay but wouldn’t return only due to cleanliness of property. I’ve spent a lot of time in KC and know there are better places in the area. Keep looking if you want a clean place.

Great Place for KC Plaza Thanksgiving!
Had my small family Thanksgiving dinner at the condo then walked a couple of blocks to see the Plaza lighting ceremony! The condo was perfect for the 6 of us! Dawn

Enjoyed our stay!
Close street parking was easy to find for our second vehicle. Loved the outdoor seating area. Kitchen was stocked and clean. There was some pet hair left on the furniture from a previous renter. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Not as close to things as we thought. Instructions for everything were clear. Enjoyed our stay and would come back.

It is Good
Any messages that I sent were quickly responded to by owner, thank you very much! Place was comfortable and convenient for our needs. Overall only minor issues. Issues were parking and cleanliness. Parking is a need that the entire complex should address. There are 5 or 6 spots on the hill to park where there's only room for 4. There is parking on street but is inconvenient, especially with children. Cleanliness was not bad but would be doing the review a disservice if it wasn't mentioned. I would reccomend others to stay here.

Great location and layout
The parking space was not really a parking space but when we called she moved us to a different spot right away. Any concerns we did have was listened to and fixed. The home is perfect location to visit Legoland. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. Overall a great stay.

Quaint place for the time spent.
The property was good for the amount of time needed to stay there. I would have rated the property much higher except there were several noticeable things that kept me from honestly doing so. Cons: Small bedrooms. Not enough bathroom counter space in either bathroom. Warped floors that had us stubbing our feet. Pet hair all over the couch that was not cleaned prior to our arrival (we had to lay blankets down as to not get pet hair on our clothes). The faint smell of animals throughout the condo. Only two tvs were working at the time of our arrival. Was able to get the third tv working to access Netflix and other apps. Four guests and the hot water on the last day was not working properly. We took Luke warm showers our last day. Difficult to make cellular calls. Pros: Great central location to downtown and Crown Plaza area. Eating and Living Room Area were spacious. Internet worked well. For the time allotted it served us well but for any length of time other than the couple of days spent there, I could not recommend it unless changes happened and these items can easily be fixed.

Close to the plaza, about a 10 minute walk, very clean. I did wish there was a full mirror, that's just me being picky. Wonderful experience!

Walking Distance to Plaza!
Our family traveled here to celebrate my Mother-in-Law's 70th birthday. The space easily accommodated my two teenage daughters, my mother-in-law, her husband, and my wife and I. The space was super clean and well maintained. I would certainly recommend this space to anyone.
