Disclosure Regarding Allowing Unit Access On rare occasions, maintenance may need to access the unit during your stay to address essential tasks. We kindly ask for your cooperation, as their schedules are beyond our control. Denying access may result in a $100 fee to cover rescheduling.

Quiet Hours Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.
STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
No Smoking Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.
Parking We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.
Pets Pets are not authorized, there will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
Fees You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
No mail can be delivered to the property, we do not have access to the mailbox due to security concerns.
Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out at a fee of $20/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.
Please kindly note that your check-out should be completed on time. It is crucial to vacate the premises by the specified time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges as per our house rules. An unauthorised late check-out will cost $100/hour.

Great Location! Nice clean apartment
Location allows you to walk or take city tram to many places! Clean. Made a few minor suggestions to owner as to make little improvements for future stays, but overall would recommend this downtown place. Parking was gated and close to room. 1 bedroom with 2 Q beds. 1 full bath. Kitchen/Living room together. Perfect space for a couple or small family. Some minor apartment complex noises (footsteps above, people in halls talking or sometimes talking in next apartment) but overall, very minor and mostly at night when all is really quiet. Many extras with roof patio, gym, and common space with ping pong table is a bonus. We loved the rooftop patio.
Would highly recommend this stay here.

Good location
We originally booked this for 5 adults. 2 backed out. 5 adults would have been tight. We loved the location. We were able to walk or streetcar all over downtown. We felt safe. I would stay here again.
