"We stayed for a long KC weekend and generally this place is fine. It's a good price and close to a lot of things. It's located in a larger complex, so there are a few issues that the property manager can't avoid (e.g., there was a pervasive smell of marijuana outside the front door). But parking was plentiful and we felt safe the entire time. We had communication issues with the property manager, such as emails asking for a later departure time, that went unanswered, but these did not...

"This is the perfect location for vacation, next to many awesome restaurants, bars, and things to do. As a single woman, I felt absolutely safe and apartment was very clean and water was always hot. I had an issue with the heating due to a sudden cold storm and the mangers resolved it with an hour of me reaching out. The only issue was the floor was a little uneven. "
