"We were really pleased to stay at this property. The room was large with amazing ocean views, great to sleep with the sound of the ocean in the background. The pool is a good size, and the pool deck and outdoor seating areas share the same views. Food was really good throughout, we especially enjoyed the Chicken Domoda and Chicken Yassa that we had for lunch. A late check-out was easily arranged and suited our evening flight back to the UK. "As mentioned, I double booked a second rez for a friend to test what was being offered on Expedia - meaning that my 2nd rez I effectively had 2 rooms reserved for the same day; however 3 rooms still shoed being available with private shower. The staff assured me that this time I would get the room with private bath. ONE staff allowed the transfer with the new rez but a few hours later another staff asked for additional money for this room with the manager behind the scene on the phone. I...
