"Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. "

"I was there with my wife and one of our daughters to attend a memorial for a deceased family member. My wife of 56 years has Alzheimer's so travel can be challenging, but our stay was very enjoyable even with the challenges. The property is excellent but I think it was the communication with our host that was the most exceptional. The worst part of the trip was leaving! Sitting around the campfire has always been a source of enjoyment and our time there was no exception. While we live 600 miles...

"We were VERY pleased with our stay. Hal is a fantastic host and responded quickly when we had an issue with the tv. One note...if you stay during the week, be sure to call places to see if they are open before making the drive. We found some places closed - despite Google saying they were open. "

"We enjoyed a great weekend at this cabin. The weather was great. The cabin itself was clean & very accommodating. We had a nice few days with family. "When we arrived at the house on 7/11/2025 night we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the house looked! It was clean and roomy. My great grand daughter was so excited because she could investigate everything. The air conditioner was on so the house was cool . Which was great. The one and only issue, was not having a good supply of bath towels, kitchen towelsAnd wash clothes. We found that you having work done throughout the house. It was great and we all had comfortable sleep...

"We had a wonderful stay at this camp! The cabin was clean, peaceful, and very well stocked—from kitchen essentials to bedding and toiletries. It felt remote enough to relax but was still close to everything we needed, including the Clarion River, great restaurants, and local amenities. "From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time."
