"Absolutely loved the place. Only issue was our fault. We thought we were booking the nicer concrete room but ended up in the traditional bamboo hut style house. It was nice but not what we were expecting so we were a bit disappointed…again our fault so take this from that perspective. The food was awesome, the staff AMAZING!!!! And definitely recommend booking the Kawasan canyon tour thru the hotel!"

"Property is within walking distance of the local town centre, making it easy to get out to various places including outside of the town. Staff were friendly & cleaning the property on a daily basis. "We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front. "

"A princípio nis deram um quarto bem no fundo das instalações, cheirando a mofo, teto do banheiro toto mofado, camas com um colchão bem fininho e nada parecido com a foto, fui reclamar e nos trocaram para um quarto melhor. O novo quarto era espaçoso e não cheirava mal, porém não estava tão limpo, tinha restos de sabonete velho no banheiro e lençol manchado. Esperei que limpasssem no dia seguinte e para minha surpresa eles não limpam os quartos a menos que você peça. Fiquei 5 dias e só limparam...

"A piece of paradise 10 mins walk from MoalBoal. Our room was great - had a family room. Beds were comfortable, aircon great, had a fridge, and it was quiet. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was great. The snorkelling right off the beach was some of the best we experienced in the whole of the Philippines. The sardines are about 20 m off shore further down the coast (close to town). We snorkelled there, but if you are not a good swimmer or have little kids, go to town then swim off shore. Town...

"Matutinao Beach Resort is a beautiful and convenient place to stay if you’re visiting Kawasan Falls. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the falls—and the staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful, which made our stay really relaxing. Dining options are a bit limited though. There were no fish dishes available during our stay, and the kitchen closes at 7 PM, which feels a little early for tourists who might come back late from...
