"I took my grandchildren (aged 18-35) on vacation in Zion National Park. When they entered the house, they were 'wowed'. We loved the Southwestern decor. It was cozy and well-equipped. We cooked each night in a lovely kitchen. We relaxed in the hot tub with a stunning view of the mountains. Hank was a friendly and informative host."

"It was nice and Kristen was very responsive to our questions. Once the code wouldn’t open the front door but we finally got it to work. We ran out of toilet paper and searched the entire house to no avail. I messaged Kristen and she told us it was in the garage. I would recommend putting a few extra rolls in the bathrooms. But these are very minor to a very nice spacious house that we enjoyed. It was close to the Shakespeare Festival, which was the reason we were there so that was nice."

"Very nice property and location for what we wanted to see. My kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms and space. One thing would be nice to know that the family lived on the lower level. There was a dog that barked occasionally and I was unaware reserving this property that other people would be there. Hearing voices the first night was a little unnerving not knowing other people were supposed to be there. Overall good and recommended! "

"Very clean, well appointed, just as described on VRBO. Only small suggestion is a bag chair for sitting in the private outdoor area. I just took a kitchen chair out on the cement patio to enjoy in the early evening and, that worked. No qualms about it, I'll stay again if ever in the area again. "

This vacation rental is exceptional compared to my previous experiences in Cedar City. We spent a week in a peaceful neighborhood, with lovely homes, and beautiful views of the mountains.
