"House was clean and neat. Kitchen was nice but could have been stocked with more cookware. Most things were used and hand me down. Beds were nice and comfortable. Bedrooms could have used some shelves or dressers. Bathroom was great with tall toilet, nice shower and plenty of hot water. All and all we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"The only issue we had was that there was hair in our showers and bathtubs making us think they weren't cleaned from previous people staying.. So we had to go buy a cleaning spray to clean it ourselves. Rug in living room was very dirty, id just toss it away it makes it look bad also there was a broken chair outside the balcony with one foot missing, I would also throw that a way. Other than that the house was a good size for our family."

"An amazing gem to say the least. The property is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. My family and I enjoyed the organization and cleanliness of the home which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Dave is an amazing host, who had timely responses and great recommendations for activities in the Zion area. Overall, we had an amazing vacation at Zion Roost, nothing but positive things to say about this property ( and Dave and his family), and my family and I will definitely be back!!!"

"Overall cute property. Owner responsive. Nice place to stay if you don't plan on hanging out in the yard. The walls are thinner than I'm used to and only one roll of paper towel with no dishwasher pods which is why I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5. These can be easily fixed. Would stay here again. Pet friendly but my dog ended up not coming."

"We loved that it was so peaceful and quiet. Also hidden back from the street, tucked behind lilac bushes. Everything was so cozy and homey. We have never stayed at an Air B and B (VRBO) before.
