Property was perfect fit the two of us. Right size, location and fitting. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the ā€œRobins Nestā€. Hosts were awesome and gave us some great information on local restaurants and sites

Great spot! Very clean and quiet with excellent views and plenty of space all around. Rural atmosphere but minutes from downtown. Great hosts and every detail was provided in the home. We would definitely stay again.

Spring Hiking Trip to Utah

We had the best experience here. Hosts wereextremely friendly and welcoming. Offered us anything that we needed. Had a bunch of helpful tips on our hikes and traveling in the area. About 90min from Bryce Canyon NP and 60-90min from Zion, depending on where youā€™re heading in the park. We needed a place to essentially eat and sleep and this property was perfect. Very peaceful and great views on the porch each night. We will definitely stay again if we come back out this way.

Wonderful stay

This was a perfect place to stay for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon, and Butch and Michele were perfect hosts. The house was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We loved coming home there after a day of exploring. We wouldnā€™t want to stay anywhere else!

Great stay in Kanab

Due to weather, we changed our original vacation plans and decided to head south to southern Utah, which we absolutely love. I was so surprised to find this hidden gem of a bungalow to stay in for four nights. The description was accurate and the property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our relaxing stay inin the Kanab area. Due to circumstances, we were not able to visit too much with our hosts, but they were so accommodating and kind. We have stayed in many rental houses over the years and this is absolutely one of the best.

Bruce and Michele were amazing. They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the place. They also shared with us things to do and restaurants to try. They provided snacks, drinks and ice so we didnā€™t have to run to the store. Their place was amazing and very comfortable. They provided for all of our needs. We highly recommend their place.

Great place to stay!

I canā€™t say enough good things about this wonderful place! We were greeted in person. Champagne and snacks! The house is beautiful, modern and up to date. It was a great base for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon north rim. I hope we can return sometime!

Nice property!

We had a very positive experience! The place was so clean and had all the amenities we needed for a nice day. It was also close to everything we wanted to see which was an extra bonus. The host is an excellent communicator answered every single question we had. Would definitely consider staying with him again if we ever come out in this direction.

A nest that beats the rest!

We stayed four nights in May. Hosts Butch and Michele were so welcoming, and thought of everything. Good location for Bryce, Zion and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Beautiful kitchen, very comfortable bed. We loved everything about it, esp Bert the horse, the hummingbirds and coyote. Hearing the donkey bray early evening made us laugh!

Very cozy and comfortable home. Everything you need for a perfect vacation. Butch and Michelle take pride in their property. Located in a small town and near Zion, Bryce National Park and many more places to visit. Very quiet at night to enjoy a nice fire, watch the sunset and star gazing. Bert the horse greeted me every morning and evening. Would definitely rent again if Iā€™m in the area.

This a lovely, newer property. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel very much at home, including snacks, bottles of water and even mints for the pillows. The bed was comfy and kitchen well stocked with what ever you might need to cook with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Kanab Getaway!

Decided to attend the Kanab Balloon Festival at the last minute and was so happy to find this property. The home was immaculate and I think the hosts could write the book on all of the features and pluses that make an ideal VRBO property. Totally pleased with our stay and will attempt to secure the same property when we revisit the area!
