Casa De Paz at La Estancia Kanab-Gateway To National Parks & The Grand Circle!

Years ago, we passed through Kanab on our way to take a take a trip down the Grand Canyon & thought... "What a charming, unique community!" It's moto,"The Greatest Earth On Show" was spot on! It wasn't until (2020) that we realized what a central location it was to many of the National/State Parks/Monuments & "The Grand Circle" where many incredible outdoor activities are just a quick drive from such a really cool town. The "Grand Circle" is a beautiful, vast region located in the Southwestern United States. Encompassing portions of five states – Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada – the Grand Circle contains America’s largest concentration of national parks and monuments, woven together by extraordinary designated scenic byways

Kanab is 'the Heart of the Parks' & is the gateway to three national parks- Zion (30 miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) & the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks & Cedar Mountain AND MORE. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike & mountain bike in the red rock country nearby. Relax with a dream vacation & re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made. Kanab, otherwise known as 'Little Hollywood', is home to the Western Legends Roundup every August. This event honors the western movie industry & highlights the 'High Noon' western parade & more. In February, we have the "Balloons & Tunes" event with dozens of hot air balloons & fantastic local music.

In addition to the plethora of outdoor fun, the town has recently gained a reputation for being a "foody" town with some really great restaurants to eat/drink & enjoy good vibes & good company. Local & National music acts, arts & the love of animals are just some of special qualities that make this place so unique!

Casa De Paz ll is nestled in the quiet community of La Estancia in the heart of Kanab- within walking distance to town but far enough away that the only sound you'll hear is the sound of your own heartbeat. When you vacation at Casa De Paz ll you also have the use of the private facilities our neighborhood offers~ Indoor pool & hot tub, clubhouse, outdoor pool, gym, spa, and hiking trails right out of our back door. Access hiking/biking to Tom's Canyon & the K-Trail directly from the community trail head just up the street from Casa De Paz ll.

Casa De Paz ll is a newer home that has absolutely stunning views of the surrounding Red Cliff Canyon & in every direction, you will find another beautiful backdrop! Built & furnished with the care & love you would expect in your own home, Casa De Paz ll features 3 bedrooms~ a primary king en suite with a 55” 4k flat screen, a guest king bedroom with a 55" 4K flat screen & a queen bedroom with a 42“ 4k flat screen . Our home can sleep 6 guests very comfortably. We have provided all new linens, towels, pillows, and cozy bedding to make your stay and sleep a dream after a full day of fun. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you should expect to cook a full meal for the family. The living room has ample comfy seating, including reclining sofas, a 65” 4k flat screen with YouTube TV, a Blu-ray player, a large movie collection, & games. The dining table can seat 7 plus 2 seats are located at the island. Our home is equipped with WiFi and Netflix for your use. There is a full-size washer/dryer for your use as well. On the rear patio, there is a gas grill (gas is provided), a fire pit (you must provide wood), and seating to enjoy the amazing panoramic view of Tom’s Canyon.
