The Space:

Make yourself at home in this quiet and cozy southern Utah desert oasis and create unforgettable memories! Casa Cassidy is spacious, warm and inviting, and welcomes you to relax and unwind.



What makes Casa Cassidy so unique? Two master bedroom/bathroom suites! It's perfect for two families who want to share their vacation together. Plus, you have two other bedrooms for even more space.



The main master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, Smart TV, small couch, closet and nightstands for storage.



The secondary master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, Smart TV, small couch, closet and nightstands for storage.



The first guest bedroom has a double bed, closet and nightstands for storage.



The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, closet and nightstands for storage.



All 3 bathrooms come fully stocked with bathroom essentials.



The living room features an open floor plan with a large, comfy sectional sofa and large Smart TV - perfect for movie nights.



Fix your favorite meals easily in the fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen items include a blender, toaster, cookie sheets, roasting pan, rice maker, pots and pans. Enjoy meals together around the dining table which seats 4 people, or take a seat at the kitchen island.



Feel free to use the outdoor charcoal grill and outdoor gas grill to enjoy an evening BBQ, while taking in the awesome surrounding views. We also have an Igloo cooler that you are welcome to take on your outdoor adventures. Be sure to do some stargazing, our night skies are incredible!



Other amenities in this home include a washer & dryer, and fast Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.



This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $75 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.



We are centrally located to Zion, Bryce & Grand Canyon National Parks and close to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.



Guest Access:

You will have full use of the home, garage, patios, laundry, etc.



The Neighborhood:

Palomar Estates is a very quiet neighborhood with 5 to 10 acre lots. You'll be surrounded by open space and great views.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores convenient and easy!



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
