Our townhouse villa has the warm feel of home, (the owners absolutely love the Big Island!) and features local original artwork from local artists, a fully well-equipped kitchen, 2 couches and luscious leather recliner in the living room; dining room and patio seating for 6. Cal. King bed in the master and King bed guest bedrooms. Master Bath has a huge walk-in shower and jetted tub. Hairdryer in both bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. Spacious lanai off the master suite for enjoying your morning coffee, the singing birds, and view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and the peaks of Mauna Kea. Guest Bedroom has en-suite tub/shower and its own TV with cable and DVD player.
FOR THE BEACH: You have access to the private Beach Club, which is the crown jewel of the Kohala Coast which is a short 5 minute drive within the resort community by bike or car to Makaiwa Bay (a snorkeling wonder!). Family friendly with plenty of beach amenities, private restrooms and changing areas exclusively available to use for condo residents. Napua Restaurant located on site offers lunch and dinner services after a nice swim/snorkel in the bay. Beach towels, coolers, totes, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys & 4 chairs, 2 mountain bikes are provided in the unit.
FOR SUNSET-VIEWS: Walking path to Pauoa beach and Petroglyph park. Breathtaking views of sunsets. Suggest leaving the unit just after 6PM to get a good view.

ABOUT FAIRWAYS: The Fairways has its own large swimming pool and waterfalls that include a large hot tub, fitness center, and community BBQ area with a covered cabanas. The Fairways community is a walking distance (about 0.5 mile) from The Shops at Mauna Lani which has the local Foodlands Grocery store (Open from 6AM to 11PM) and restaurants.
