The covered lanai spans the entire length of the living space with more outdoor seating and dining options. Upstairs there is a large en-suite master bedroom that accesses the lanai with special touches like a honeymoon bathtub and motion-censor fixtures. Other features of the upstairs include a BBQ area off of the kitchen, a powder bathroom and laundry room.

The downstairs floor plan is all about the large lap pool, hot tub and spacious pool deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Hualalai mountain.
