"Again another satisfactory stay now with friends, from check-in to check-out. Appreciated the upgrade granted as Marriott Reward Member and Senior discount.
Bakery personnel very attentive and friendly, specially Marthin, who took his staff to bring the beautifully decorated cake we bought to celebrate our friend's birthday as they sang Happy Birthday as we had dinner at Jade Restaurant.
The food was so good that we had lunch meeting and birthday dinner on the same day, special discount for...

"My room was on the floor below the ballroom so I was kept awake on my first night.
Then an event on Saturday morning at 9am woke me up.
Then in a different room, guests upstairs decided it was okay to run and jump in the room. Security were effective but I was happy to leave"

"After traveling for 9 months, this is probably the most dirty room we have stayed in. The sheets had blood stains, the walls were full of stains, the floor had clearly not been washed for a long time, and the bathroom was full of mold and limescale. The room had no windows, and the staff was very cold and unpersonal, the ac worked good and the shower had good preasure and heat, but I would say those were the only decent things in the room. Would never recommend to anyone!"
