"This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. "The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
