"the Lucas family were very very good hosts, the apartment was also excellent. our only concern when we arrived was that the property was in close proximity to the road, but after about 8pm, the traffic quietened down. Kamp Bornhofen is a pretty village on the banks of the river Rhein, and is very central to exploring both the Rhein and Moselle valleys, with Cochem, Koblenz, and Rudesheim, all within easy reach."

"Joe welcomed us, what can I say about this guy other than he is the nicest and friendliest person we met on our holiday. He couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. He recommended attractions and took the time to chat and put that extra care and attention into things. It felt like a home from home. Thanks Joe!
