The lower level of the home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate additional guests. Here, you’ll find a second bedroom with a king-sized bed and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The third bedroom boasts a cozy queen-sized bed and TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized, raised, and self-inflatable air bed, making it easy to accommodate up to 8 guests. While the home provides comfortable beds for eight, you are welcome to bring pack-and-plays for little ones or add two children to the cozy sectional sofa with your own bedding with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
