The main villa offers three luxurious ensuite bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, outdoor dining area, sunbeds, and a stunning infinity pool.

Master Bedroom (Living Room Floor): Includes a jacuzzi tub, shower, double vanity, separate wardrobe, and a sofa that can convert into an extra bed. Enjoy direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): Ensuite with shower, toilet, jacuzzi, double vanity, and a private balcony overlooking the sea.

Free parking is available on the property and nearby. The beach, restaurants, and shops are all close by and easy to reach.

Rates & Inclusions

✔ Electricity usage – up to 200 units per day (sufficient for normal use with air conditioning turned off when not in use). Excess usage is charged at 7 Baht per unit.
✔ 1 round-trip airport transfer – Minibus with driver included.
✔ Full villa staff, including a Villa Concierge Manager, Villa Manager, Chef, and housekeeping team.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1,500 USD (or equivalent currency) is required upon arrival.

Airport Transfers:
We can arrange all your airport transfers. Simply provide your flight details and the number of passengers to receive a quotation.

VIP Arrival & Departure:
Our partner, Lux Luxury Lounge of Thailand, offers VIP services including Immigration Fast Track. A uniformed LUX Guest Ambassador and a porter will escort you through fast-track immigration at Phuket International Airport. Please book in advance or arrive 3 hours prior to your departure time.

Scooter & Car Hire:

Scooter: THB 300–500 per day
Sedan (max. 5 persons): THB 1,500 per day
SUV (max. 7 persons): THB 3,500 per day
Minibus with Driver (12 seats): THB 3,500 per day (up to 10 hours)
Taxi Services:
Short-distance taxi services are available at around THB 450–1,500 and can be arranged on short notice, day or night. If arranging transportation independently, please ensure your driver is experienced with the steep road to our property.

Transportation:
