"The hotel is beautiful and the views are wonderful. The road to the hotel is rough but that doesn't bother me. The beds need to be more comfortable. They are a little too hard for me. Other than that everything else was great!"

"Oftmals kein Duschwasser und wenn dann nur kaltes Wasser. Bad stand die ersten 2 Tage ständig Unterwasser.Schlauch kaputt usw. Wasserpumpe war auch ständig kaputt oder es fehlte der Diesel usw. Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, altes Toastbrot und alte Pfannkuchen. Obst war immer das gleiche, wenn wir überhaupt was frisches bekommen haben. Alte Margarine die nicht im Kühlschrank gelagert wurde. Wir haben uns selbst Butter und Marmelade gekauft. 2 mal bekamen wir überhaupt kein Frühstück. Grund...

"Amazing house right on the water, 20 minutes from Stone Town in Zanzibar City and 90 minutes from the east coast. Great Sunsets from house. The owner was very helpful arranged airport transportation and even secured us a rental car. When returning to Zanzibar will definitely stay here. "

"Our stay at EBENDE VILLA was very comfortable, safe and quiet beautiful! The grounds are very well kept and the house and amenities are as advertised. The staff are very helpful and the property manager will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The property is very far out however, and the roads are very poor and remote to say the least. They will set up transportation for you but keep in mind travel time from the Villa when setting up your excursions."

"We had a fantastic stay at Afrikano Baobab Treehouse with Asante Sana Beach Cottages in Zanzibar.The Treehouse is beautiful property with best rooftop oceanview. The staff were very friendly and were always putting the guests needs ahead of everything. They helped me to arrange a Dhow Sail Sunset Tour for Us. Definitely, we enjoyed privacy, food, and overall family atmosphere."
