Elegant summer house close to the beach and forest

Welcome to this cozy cottage, the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Enjoy the view of the small flower meadow through the double doors, barbecue on the terrace whatever the weather, and in winter, cozy up with a fire in the stove and plenty of good coffee.



The house has an open living room, kitchen and dining area that allows you to socialize while you cook. The bathroom has a large rainshower shower, underfloor heating and washing machine, and the blue tiles give the room a unique personality. The bedroom is cozy with a chain light in the ceiling and a small TV screen with Apple TV, which is one TV in the house, the other is in the living room. There is also a room with a bunk bed, toys and children's books, and an annex with two single beds.



In the garden you can enjoy the morning sun in front of the annex, lie in the hammock and enjoy the silence between the birch trees, or use the terrace and trampoline for games, dinners with friends and sunbathing. Part of the terrace is covered, so you can always retreat inside during a shower or sit under the roof with a blanket and a glass of wine when the dew falls.



The area offers many opportunities for activities. The beach is just a short walk from the house and the forest is just 5 minutes away. Røsnæs Harbor and Stridsmølle, a lovely bakery with a focus on local quality ingredients, are both 20 minutes by car from the house.
