    Nestled at an altitude of 1,450 metres above sea level, the chalet "Gradonna Mountain Resort" in Burg, Austria, offers an exceptional holiday rental experience for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Positioned directly beside the skiing area and set on a slope just 4 km from the centre of Kals and 36 km from the centre of Lienz, this child-friendly property combines alpine charm with a comprehensive range of on-site facilities. Guests benefit from shared access to a beautifully maintained yard with plants, providing a natural and welcoming outdoor setting. The living area features a welcoming kitchen corner that flows naturally into the dining space, creating an open and sociable atmosphere ideal for shared meals and leisurely evenings. The chalet includes 2 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower and a separate WC, providing both comfort and practicality for the full occupancy. A small balcony of 6 m2 completes the layout, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. Additional storage is available through a dedicated box-room, adding a practical dimension to this well-considered vacation rental.
