"Excellent host and amenities, this truly felt like a home away from home! The open floor plan was perfect for family time and food. We were so grateful for the cleanliness, state-of-the-art appliances, toiletries, comfy bedrooms, and even the board games! "Had a lovely 4th of July weekend with family. The house is really nice and we had a great time!"

"We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!"

"We traveled as a team to Iowa for a volleyball tournament. We had 12 athletes and the coaches and the house was perfect for our team. We were able to eat our meals together in the spacious kitchen/living room. The girls all were able to stay in the same room and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay. We went to the beach one day and were only 20 minutes from Corallville which is where we played the tournament. It was a great stay at a great property!"

"We had a group of seven guys for a golf outing that stayed in this house. We absolutely loved this place. First, the house was immaculate and in great shape. There were enough beds and couches for everyone. The location was great to access Iowa City and the surrounding areas. The hosts were great and check in was seamless. "Convenient and quiet location, felt very safe. Property could use some love as far as updating and yard maintenance. Clearly there’s some years of wear and tear, but somewhat expected in a college town. A fresh coat of paint and new furniture would go a long way though. "
