"First off, be warned there is no bed! There’s a horribly uncomfortable pull out sofa bed thing with insufficient (and filthy) bedding. The windows have been crudely painted over but the paint is flaking and covers your hands if you try to open the windows. The stairs are dangerously shallow - be very careful if bringing luggage or if you have any mobility issues. Towels were stained, water pressure practically non-existent, the toilet loudly drip fills for about 20 minutes after every flush....

"O hotel é muito bom. O café da manhã é excelente. No quarto onde ficamos a luz proximo ao banheiro não apagava. Reclamei algumas vezes, mas não havia como resolver de forma permanente. As recepcionistas tentaram elas mesmas solucionarem o problema.quando fiz a reclamação a noite. Foram muito gentis."

"Muito boa localização, mesmo no centro histórico, junto às principais atrações turísticas. A cidade é servida por várias estações ferroviárias, das quais a mais central é Gent-Sint-Pieters (2,1 km). No entanto, este hotel fica mais próximo da estação Gent-Dampoort (1,5 km). O quarto reservado foi o superior. Apesar dessa designação, percebemos no local, que essa classe de quartos é a mais baixa que o hotel tem. O quarto é muito espaçoso, a cama é grande mas o colchão é de molas e muito desconfortável. O AC era difícil de regular e nunca desligava completamente, tornando-se ruidoso principalmente durante a noite. A casa de banho, espaçosa e bem estruturada, tinha a torneira do duche de difícil regulação e a banheira a apresentar sinais fortes de desgaste, assim como o teto do quarto, cujo verde do pladur era visível. O Wi-Fi funcionava bem. O lobby do hotel é bastante agradável e o pequeno-almoço excelente servido até tarde. Para as condições do quarto, considera-se o preço excessivo."
