"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"

"We had a major an issue in the kitchen due to someone leaving sugar open in a cabinet.They came and wiped the kitchen down, but we still dealt with them the whole time.We also emailed about the TV in the master bedroom, not working but did not get a response pertaining to the TVThe view of the mountains was fantastic!They had all the beach supply he could want, which was especially helpful!The master king size bed was very comfortable!"

"The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. "

"This place was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Went with my 75 YO mom with mobility issues and she had no trouble at all! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river daily! Great morning sunrise location. The location of the rental was great, easy to get to any location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of beach supplies and grocery store across the street. "Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"

The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. "Our host Patrick was very responsive to our needs. The condo is well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There are lots of beach items available. The configuration of the bedrooms upstairs is a little awkward but doable for people that are not too concerned about absolute privacy. The location is excellent, parking no problem. There is a new washer and dryer. We had a great time."
