"We enjoyed the stay very much location was great. My son goes to Western Michigan University. It was just a few cleanliness issues that I would address around the toilets and the behind the seats there was old urine. baseboards were a little dirty but other than that everything else was great."

"Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids!"

"The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. I loved the king sized bed & en-suite and the extra full bathroom for the queen bedroom works well for adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the attached garage was a bonus. I am a travel agent and will absolutely be recommending the place to any guests visiting the area. It’s only 15-20 minutes to downtown and close to the main roads, for ease. "

"I've never booked a VRBO, so we were going in blind. We had an AMAZING stay at Benny's on Broadway. We stayed for a few days, so we got groceries and used the kitchen. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a white noise maker. We enjoyed the sunshine pouring in the big windows (November.)
