Say aloha to your Big Island vacation rental! White Sands Village is an oceanfront condo complex in the gorgeous town of Kailua-Kona. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
Guests will find themselves in the perfect area for exploring the island with a variety of activities nearby. Magic Sands Beach Park is simply a stroll across the street, Keolonahihi State Historical Park is a quick drive up the road, and downtown Kailua is a short and scenic drive up the coast with dining and shopping options.

We provide 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler for guest use.

White Sands Village #120 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo perfect for a small family or group of friends. Visitors are greeted into an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is prepared with updated black appliances and plenty of counter space. You will be whipping up all your favorite dishes in no time. When dinner is hot and ready to be served, call your guests to the dining table with seating for 4 to enjoy a home cooked meal together.

When you are taking a break from the White Sands Village swimming pool or the beach across the street, you will spend time curled up in here with a good book or settling in for a movie. Comfortable furnishings are gathered around a flat screen TV. WIFI is also provided for family entertainment.

Spend mornings and evenings out on the private lanai. The lanai overlooks the courtyard with tropical greenery, the swimming pool, and even a partial view of the Pacific ocean. A patio table and chairs are available ideal for anyone who would like to dine alfresco or lounge while watching a breathtaking sunset.

The master bedroom holds a luxurious California King-size bed and has an attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom is great for accommodating any children you may be traveling with as it has 2 Twin-size beds. There is also a full guest bathroom for everyone to access.

Please be advised this is on the ground/elevator floor - there are no additional stairs. There is only 1 parking spot available.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained.
Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.

• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.

Great price and location

The property worked out great for our family. There is a beach directly across the street, an onsite pool, and snorkeling just down the road. The facility was just the right distance away from the touristy shops in town that we didn’t have to deal with all the crowds unless we wanted to that sort of stuff. We were doing Hawaii on a budget so it was great to have a place were we could cook our own meals and not eat out very often. The lanai/balcony was great with a view of the pool and ocean. It was nice having two bathrooms for the family. The property manager was responsive to our needs. This was a great location for day trips to the other side of the island and to Volcanoes National Park.

Good Location, Older Property

Clean suite but, older with signs of general wear and tear. Several pictures in the listing did not match current apartment. Listing included in suite laundry. The dryer did not work on arrival and although the lister apparently knew about this, they did not advise us of this issue. There were several nice to have items in the unit, like a small cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall, I would say we overpaid for this rental due to surge pricing for the Christmas season.

Great rental

Great spacious place. Wishing we had spent more time here and less on Oahu. Great location right next to the popular beach and being able to come back to the pool at the end of the day was perfect. Condo was well outfitted for a family and obviously stocked by someone who thought things through. Only minor drawback was parking is a little tight for large vehicles (Crew cab truck). Just something to keep in mind when choosing your car rental.

Apartment was great, exactly as described. A little difficulty in checking in - needed to upload all covid test before getting access to property, which was a bit of a hassle after all the testing at airports and long trip.

Handicap accessible, overpriced

The apartment was clean, nice, etc. The location is fabulous. However, I did not see anywhere in the description that it was modified for wheelchair accessibility, which means the bathroom vanities and dining table were at about knee height. My biggest complaint was that the "Owner fee" added at the very last put the condo price at over $200/day, which was more than I thought it was worth.

Great location, Great Accommodations.

We hate to say this, because we do not want the secret out. The condo was sparkling clean, resort was immaculate, location is ideal. We love White Sands Village. Because of the Virus we had to cut our stay short, the management could not have been more helpful and understanding. We look forward to returning, once normalcy returns.

Great place to stay! Awesome location!

This property feels steps away from an amazing swimming sandy beach on the Big Island. You are also not far away from driving to downtown Kona for great restaurants. Only was 3 rows of toilet paper for 10 days was the only issue we found.
