The view was outstanding! It was great having three bedrooms and an outside dining area. The ocean pool and pickleball courts were big hits.

Our stay was absolutely great! The property was beautiful and mostly well maintained, and the condo was gorgeous and largely clean. We would definitely recommend this unit... The views of the ocean are outstanding!The only significant negative was that there was no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, be warned.There are always a couple of things I notice in just about any VRBO, so there are just a couple of recomendations I would make to the owner/manager of this property:1) There were no noticeable bugs at all during out stay, but on some of the window-ledges, there were a bunch of small, dead bugs. A quick wipe-down is all it took to clean it up.2) The door to the upstairs bedroom is coming loose at the top hinge, making it hard to close: You have to physically move the door into an upright position in order to close it.Again, overall, my whole family loved the place, and we would absolutely come back, and recommend it to our friends & family!

Would stay again

Beautiful location, only 10-minute drive to shopping and restaurants, 3 pools for the kids, AC, wifi, and comfortably fit the 7 of us. It had everything we needed for the week. Also, note the stairs, it's built like a townhouse.

Enjoy watching the waves

This is a lovely condo. The views are beautiful. We liked to sit on the balcony/lanai and drink our morning coffee while watching the waves and the early bird golfers. The unit is clean and looks just like the pictures on the listing. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils, pans, and appliances you will need. The AC and all the ceiling fans did a great job keeping us cool. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Thanks!

Great stay in Kona!

Property great. Very well equippped and clean. AC struggled in bedrooms. View excellent. Overall would recommend but 3 flights of stairs to get to bedroom, should be on tne listing as not easy.

Could be better

They can do better , toilette brush should be replaced . Missed the complimentary water which was as supposed to be in the fridge, the property manager told us multiple times they had sent over the water but it never arrived. Had issues with the AC but managed to get it working after while. The manager was helpful thru the phone which was appreciated. Overall we had a good stay but some issues should be addressed and they are easy to fix. Especially for the price we expected everything to be perfect.

Great location and great rental

This property is in a great location. Relatively close to everything you want to do. One thing nobody has said about the property is from the ocean view pool you can see the location of the Manta Ray snorkeling location, which by the way is super amazing and you should do. It is a 17 minute walk away or a 9 min drive. My only negative is there are not enough spoons to cook with, but that did not effect my overall experience. I would definitely rent again.

Overall a pleasant stay

The property was as described. The unit is spacious and located in a well maintained, secure area. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and seashore from the spacious balcony. From the balcony we only saw the golf course and the ocean - no other units were visible. Very pleasant. We were surprised that there were so many stairs to climb to the unit. There was a flight of stairs to get to the entry, then once in the front door, there was another flight to the main floor. There was another flight to the upstairs bedroom. (52 steps in all to the upstairs bedroom/bath) The unit appeared to be clean when we arrived but the hard surface floors seemed gritty and sticky. That was corrected when we chose to have the unit cleaned at our expense. The AC unit was difficult to adjust in order to control the temperature of the upstairs bedroom. The thermostat is on the main level so we had to try to adjust vents to even out the temperature.

Would stay here again.

This was an excellent property for our family vacation. It is well-located and appointed. We saw whales from the balcony, enjoyed the sunset, and were not wanting for anything. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location and lanai!

Nice property! We stayed most of the time on our lanai as the views are spectacular. It was great to have a grocery store and restaurants near by that weren’t too crowded. The kitchen had all the pans, blenders, dishes, etc we needed, although I wish it had a small thing of salt and pepper - I hate buying those for just a week stay. I reached out to the text from the property manager about salt/pepper and the location of the starter laundry soap and did not get a reply - so we bought what we needed. The master bedroom is a nice size but HOT! A plug in fan helped but it was covered in dust and a little grimy. The windows in the master do not have curtains on them so bright sun came gushing in at sunrise (we are sleepers so needed eye masks ;-). And the only other thing that was disappointing was having to look at dirty toilet brushes in both the bathrooms all the time. Overall, descent stay and property- we are just used to a few more comforts. The view is priceless!

Nice Condo in Convenient Location

My wife & I stayed here four nights to do some diving and get some R&R. The gated condo complex is fairly big, but quiet and well maintained with three pools, one right on the water. There's no beach here except a little rocky cove adjacent to the property on the south side. The condo has a very nice kitchen and a lovely deck overlooking the surf crashing on the black lava rocks. A large grocery store is 5 minutes away. Because of the open loft style master bedroom upstairs, it takes a long time for the A/C to cool down the master. It's ~15 minutes south of Kailua town proper, which was fine by us, and 15-20 minutes north of Manini beach or Two Steps beach where we'd much rather hang out. Don't forget to pick up some huli chicken at Randy's BBQ, best Hawaiian BBQ around, and stop by Hala Tree Organic Coffee growers for a casual, friendly and close-up look at where some of the best Kona coffee comes from!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful View!!!

The condo is very nice, just as pictured. Very easy access to stores and beaches. Management was very helpful. The view for the deck if gorgeous!
