The shared pool and hot tub are close when you want to stay near home, and Lyman's surf break is nearby. Head along Ali'i Drive to Kailua Village for a waterfront meal. It is a strong fit for a family that wants a quieter place to recharge between lively Kona days.



The Space:

No shared walls and no condo above give this remodeled third-floor home a notably private feel. Three beds sleep up to five, with split air conditioning and separate controls for the bedroom and living room. A full kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, private WiFi, and a stacked washer and dryer make longer stays easier. The lanai offers a small ocean peek. Please note that the building has no elevator.



Guest Access:

Your stay includes private access to the entire apartment, featuring a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony. Access to the unit is via stairs, as there is no elevator available. For your convenience, we provide an independent check in experience with an electronic lock. As our guest, you have full access to shared resort facilities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, and beautifully landscaped gardens. On site laundry facilities are also available in addition to the private in-unit washer and dryer to ensure a comfortable stay.



The Neighborhood:

Kona Bali Kai is positioned for the easy mix of beach, surf, and town that makes Ali'i Drive appealing. Lyman's is close for watching the break, and Magic Sands Beach Park and Pahoehoe Beach Park are about a mile away when everyone wants sand and water. Drive north to historic Kailua Village for restaurants along the waterfront and shops to browse before heading back south. Families can keep the day flexible here, whether that means a beach picnic or a simple dinner out.



Getting Around:

A rental car is the easiest way to explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Ali'i Drive connects this area with Kailua-Kona, beach parks, dining, and shops. Check your reservation details for parking information and plan on a car for flexible access to beaches and day trips.
