This house was amazing for me and my family (5 people total). It's walkable to central Kailua-Kona, easy driving, and amazing access to beaches. The host, Carla, was truly wonderful to interact with. I can't recommend this place highly enough and will hope to return here when I'm on the island next!

Location is great to Kailua! Itā€™s about .7 miles and my kids were ok to walk it!Could add to the listing that thereā€™s beach towels, chairs and some ballsCanā€™t beat falling asleep to the constant waves lulling you to sleep! Great sunsets views!!

We found this property very well maintained. Beautiful view and the host was always available to answer any questions. It truly is a beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended and great communication with the host.

Location is amazing! We spent tons of time on the deck watching sunsets, listening to the waves, and relaxing. Property is walkable to things, and though there is some road noise the upside of location easily outweighs it. Clean, comfortable, and a really great base for exploring the island. Highly recommend!

Walking distance from downtown Kona. Clean and spacious home. The lanai is large and has a spectacular view of sunset and anything happening on the water near Kona. The public beach is next door. Has some homeless that come over to the property front to fish, but they keep to themselves.

We just stayed here for a week. Great location in downtown Kailua within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed to have a memorable trip with our family. The view from the back deck was amazing and we spent several hours out there watching the boogie boarders, sea turtles, fish and dolphins. Carla, the host was amazing too and very responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place. Close to everything. House is as described. Wake up every morning and watch the surfers and yellow tangs from the deck. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Found it hard to leave the deck. Amazing sunsets. Would book again.

Great property overlooking the ocean and a small beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but also on the outskirts of Kona to allow for easy access to the south side of the island. Very clean, and check in was a breeze. Would stay here again.

This place is amazing. The lanai and kitchen was superb. Very wonderful to hear waves crashing, watch dolphins, view amazing sunsets, and fish gaze below the lanai. This place comes with everything you may need to be comfortable - including the wonder AC; and we were grateful for the shared beach gear. It is true the front side of the home street noise is loud; however, all family members agreed that the view outweighs the noise. Hurricane Calvin was a threat and the host checked in with us multiple times. Thank you for sharing this place with us and it is our hope to return one day. ALOHA

The entire experience was amazing! Check in was a breeze! House is gorgeous, right on the water! Canā€™t find another place that has a better sunset view! And the house was SO clean! I have never been anywhere that was this clean and tidyā€¦ especially not a rental. AC was very nice when we used it. Owner was very communicative and available. Just an overall great stay. Donā€™t give it another thoughtā€¦ just book!

Great views and very comfortable layout for our family of 5. Well equipped with everything you need. Amazing views from the back patio, with dolphins and surfers providing great entertainment. My teenagers appreciated the beach next door. Kitchen well equipped (we made Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed.). Highly recommend - a place to make memories.

This vacation home was amazing!! We enjoyed it so much. Perfect location near a lot of restaurants and stores. It was very tidy and clean and the back patio had the perfect view! We watched surfers in the morning and also enjoyed all the fish surrounding the area. Carla was amazing as well she made our stay so smooth. Also this place has A/C which work wonderfully ! We will be back again !

We truly enjoyed our visit. Things we loved: gourmet kitchen, great laundry room with everything thing that we needed for the beach and more, clean and updated bathrooms, beautiful long and wide balcony right over the ocean, private gated parking, close to attractions and restaurants, nextdoor to a fantastic beach that we snorkeled from. The only things we didn't like were: noisy street for second and third bedrooms, but we stayed in the master facing the ocean so no noise, and the other thing we didn't like was having to leave! If you're used to street noise and cars, the noise won't bother you because the ocean waves are RIGHT THERE. Best sleep ever! Manager and owner is very easy to reach and easy to get along with.

Perfect set up. Had 6 of us, house had everything we needed. Walking distance from Kona Village, the surfers were fun to watch, could see Dolphins from our deck. Thank you. Host was very nice.
