Excellent all the way aroobd

They checked in regularly and were too happy to help in any way. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Loved the view and the pool and bbq area. The hot tub had constant issues but they were quick to address each issue

Ok place to stay

This location was ok. Pros and cons, as with many places for this price point. Pros: ocean and pool view, easy parking, 1.5 mile walk into Koa, sunset viewing from patio, pool and hot tub were nice and it wasn’t crowded. Cons: bathrooms and kitchen need updating, master bed frame was old and squeaky, not enough fans to keep us cool, couch in living room was gross (felt like something from a college dorm or thrift store). Would I go back again, not to that unit, but would try another unit at Sea Village.

Slice of paradise

Loved the property. Have stayed there before and it did not disappoint. The only criticism I could give, when given the chance, the carpet is quite sticky (probably from the climate). Maybe replace with a laminate product. But the kitchen was well stocked, and I LOVED all the tropical decorations.

Comfortable home with great amenities.

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped home. The condo complex is well maintained and equipped as well. This unit was comfortable from the sectional sofa to the king and queen beds. The host reaches out to offer concierge services as well. Check-in and out were easy and communication was perfect. This is a lovely place to stay!

Adorable decor

This was the fourth time that we stayed at Sea Village and this unit was the most nicely decorated and it had a very well stocked kitchen. We loved all the artwork and beautiful photography displayed throughout the condo as well as the bright colorful walls. The unit also had a cooler and beach chairs we could use. The WiFi worked well and it was a nice walk into town.

A slice of paradise

Excellent views from the lanai with the perfect mix of sun and shade and a cool breeze on those hot Kona days. Fun decor, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and plenty of living space with a sectional and high top dining table. We BBQed almost every night snd really enjoyed the outdoor eating space, perfect for dinner and the sunset. Beautiful walk to shops and restaurants. Very family friendly. Lots of children at the pool each day.

Just as described

Place was exactly as noted in the description. Furniture is comfortable. View is beautiful , pool was great for cooling off and bbq on site was our favorite spot to cook. No A/C made humid days hot even with the ceiling and tower fans. Would definitely come back.

I’ll keep it simple. View was amazing and as described. However many things need done to this unit.

We had the opportunity to view many other units as we were there with a large group for our wedding. Other then the view and nice shower ours was considerably outdated compared to others for a less price who had a view as well. Things to notate. Slider to lanai is HARD to open. Ladies if you have nails don’t try. Takes two hands and some muscle. There screen is falling out of one window and there are slots missing from the bottom so can’t keep open. Ceiling fan in bedroom Sounds like it might fall off. If you’re staying for a week and are like I we don’t like to live out of suitcases. No dresser except for a small old one falling apart in the closet which was full of bedding. We did move the bedding so we could use partially. However, it takes up the whole side you only have access to so any long dresses there is no room. In other words my wedding dress had be stored in someone else’s unit. Because it would have wrinkled up at the bottom since it couldn’t hang pass the dress occupying the space. The ice machine was full when we arrived but never made any ice (yes the bar was positioned correctly) I understand from the reviews now reading further the owners only come twice a year but should have someone check out more Frequent. Just very outdated for our taste. Again, view was amazing but for the price and compared to other units we viewed and the price they paid we read reviews more thorough. Mahalo

Fabulous stay with beautiful views

Everything from check in to our stay to our departure was perfect! Proximity to beaches, town, entertainment as all great! Parking was never a problem. Communication was never a problem. This place was clean and just lovely! Nice, quiet place to stay. Nobody was playing loud music or had unruly kids. The pool was never overcrowded. I just can't say enough about how nice this stay was. Definitely highly recommended! Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Would not Stay Here Again!

Too hot, too Loud, no privacy! Condo looks nice from photos, but photos don’t show the real deal. Needed to be cleaned better, needs A/C, noise from upstairs was like a herd of elephants every day and night! Left a day early with no refund due to heat and noise. Only positive was a nice view!😬

Everything and more

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and truly enjoyed it. The pictures you see now are what you get when you get there. It was easy to find and the check-in was easy a well. This place had everything from being fully stocked in the kitchen and then some to beach towels and beach chairs! We enjoyed the location of where this place was and also the views we got to enjoy every morning! We would stay here again.

Fantastic Location and Amenities

We loved the property and the ocean view. had everything we needed to enjoy the property and beach. Management company was super responsive even on weekend when we needed a new toaster! Also, great Wifi, I was (fortunately or unfortunately) able to have several Zoom calls for work while I was there while others were streaming and it worked great. We will rent again! Thanks!

The unit are clean and in good condition. The kitchen have everything you need to prepare the meals. Due to convid,we prepared all 3 meals in the kitchen. The outdoor grills are also nice and clean. Few complains is the spa was closed due to convid,the wifi in the two rooms can not be setup even we called for help. My wife had some problem with the night birds in the trees near the house,they sing "Bupit, Bupit" verey night until morning. Othewise everything is good. We may consider come back in the future.
