Kona Reef A22 - Direct Ocean Front Condo - Private Lanai - Next to Honl's Beach!

Welcome to our beautifully decorated ocean front condo in paradise - Kona Reef A-22.

Our condo is our home away from home, so we respectfully request a maximum of 2 adult guests and no children under 18.

Whether this is your first trip to Kailua-Kona or you are a frequent visitor to the island, our condo at Kona Reef Resort will definitely be your favorite place to stay.

Our condo is only 23 feet from the water and the 3rd floor views from the lanai are absolutely mesmerizing. You will find yourself drawn to the views from the lanai from dawn till dusk, and with the sounds of the surf, warm tropical breezes and the views of the ocean, you will soon find a soothing sense of calm begin to take over.

Our private lanai hosts a bar height table and chairs, plus 2 swivel chairs with ottomans and a side table. Most mornings while sitting on the lanai and drinking a steamy mug of incredible Kona coffee, a few of the local surfers will be out in front of the condo catching the morning waves, and by the time the sun comes over the volcano, more often than not a pod of spinner dolphins will pass through on their early morning trek.

Early on Wednesdays and Saturdays mornings, cruise ships will pass directly in front of the condo and dock in Kaulua- Kona for the day and then sail off to Lahaina, Maui as the sun begins to set. The humpback whales (na kohola) visit Hawaii every year from November until early May and some have even been spotted from the lanai.

Once your day begins to wind down, you will find yourself anxiously waiting for the stunning sunsets that Hawaii is famous for.
