This property is relatively new to the Short Term Vacation Rental pool in the Kona area, with only three reviews, but we knew the condo building and the location is excellent, so we gave it a chance. So glad we did! In Kona parking is difficult, so location is key. It's easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops from the Royal Kona Resort down to the King Kam Resort. It's an excellent condo, very modern, clean, well stocked in every aspect, and the view is fantastic. This condo is high enough that your view is 'powerline free'. You can see fish and honu's in the waters just below the lanai. Speaking of which, the lanai's in this condo complex are some of the most private in Kona. This particular rental is a corner unit, so it's even more private. There's also very little 'shared wall' with the next door condo, always a bonus. There are two full baths, both of which have excellent water pressure in the showers. The bed and furnishing are very comfortable. Parking is covered, and if it's raining you can stay dry between your car and the condo. Excellent communication with the owner. We've stayed in 8 different VRBO's in the Kona area, some multiple times, 4 in Hilo, 1 in Puako, plus the Royal Kona Resort, all of which were very good, but this is our new favorite in Kona. We'll be back.
