Kai Indigo Condo is luxury and elegance on a budget! This quiet third floor unit is surrounded by a beautiful forest and has fantastic views of the ocean. Our unit offers air-conditioning in the living room and overlooks beautifully manicured grounds with numerous native trees and flowers.

The Kitchen is clean with a refrigerator/freezer, all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. Coffee, tea or a smoothie made in a snap with the, coffee pot, french press, electric tea kettle and a Rocket Blender. Stylish dishes, silverware, cloth napkins and glassware will allow you to set a beautiful table. Blue water views from the kitchen along with cookware, bakeware and utensils will have you cooking meals with ease.

The condo offers everything you need to have an incredible holiday in paradise. Beautifully furnished with comfort and style in mind. Enjoy dining inside at the glass table with 4 comfortable chairs or outside at the cafe table with two chairs. Soft bed linens and plush cotton towels along with a comfortable king size bed allows you to truly relax during your stay. With mountain and forest views from the bedroom, its common to see a rainbow each afternoon. The master on suite bathroom has a large stand up tub/shower and double vanity that is very spacious. The open kitchen and living room are great for just relaxing and watching the waves roll in along the Kamoa point.
A washer and dryer in the powder room, really adds to the convenience of the condo.

There is free wi-fi with a new 59" smart T.V. in the living room for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

We provide beach towels and a cooler.

The 12 unit complex is really quiet with only a few full- time residence and majority of snowbirds that appreciate the calm quiet environment. The grounds reflect the style of old Hawaii with manicured gardens and all the conveniences of home. This safe, well lit and secure complex has a great barbecue area by the pool with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

Across the street there are lovely strips of sand to bask in the sun and enjoy the cooling ocean breezes while watching for whales, dolphins and the local turtles that seem to love the tide pools directly in-front of the Kai Indigo Condo.

This is a non-smoking property, the beach is close by and a better choice.
The BANYAN MART is a convenience store located about 1/4 mile away from the condo, it has all the sundries plus wine and beer and a few local treats. The friendly staff with help you with all your needs. Keauhou shopping center and town are 3 miles in either direction with a plethora of dining and entertainment options including a wonderful farmers market with vibrant colors and unique gifts. The market has an abundance of local pineapple, mango, banana, papaya, and farm fresh goodies from local venders.

We know upon entering the condo to a breathtaking view of the ocean, you will enjoy incredible sunsets from the large balcony where the view of the surf action at Lyman's can be mesmerizing. We are just steps from the sand!! As full time residents, we have plenty of suggestions to help you have a fun and memorable experience.
