What better way to enjoy Hawaii than having an unobstructed 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean?

This recently renovated, oceanfront penthouse is located in Kona at the Kona Bali Kai complex. Watch surfers cutting through the waves, turtles gliding in the shallows or whales spouting (in season) from the privacy of your own lanai. With views from both the living and master bedroom, you can relax your days away from the couch or bed. Imagine waking up to the lull of ocean waves at your feet every morning and enjoying sunset dinners on the water’s edge. Truly paradise on the Big Island.

Our condo has been renovated as of 07/2019. The fully-equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and cookware, and we also have new furnishings for your enjoyment.

Enjoy the island sun but ready to cool down? Our home also has AC to keep you chill during your stay.*

When you're ready to snooze, relax in comfort in our King bed in the master bedroom or Queen bed in the guest bedroom. Need more sleeping space? Our brand new sleeper sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed.

For your convenience, we also provide a cooler and beach towels to take on your adventures through the Big Island.

Awesome condo!

This property is perfect! In a great location, it has an elevator and easy access! When you open the door you see the ocean. We enjoyed hearing the waves crashing and watching the locals surf. It was such an enjoyed experience and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay

Our stay here could only be described as incredible! The unit was beautifully updated, very clean and had a good amount of space. The views from our Lanai were breathtaking! We would wake up in the morning and have coffee on the balcony while watching the waves which were right in front of us. We would watch the surfers while sipping on nice Kona Coffee. The resources of the place were great. In one of the closets they had snorkeling gear that we used and the beach equipment and chairs were very helpful. This place was gorgeous and we highly recommend this to anyone who wants a good stay in Kailua Kona! Would love to come back!

THE VIEW

The condo has recently been renovated and was very clean and well equipped with everything you need.It is perfectly located on the top floor in the middle of the building with the elevator very close.We never used the air conditioning because we left the sliders open so there was always a slight breeze and we could hear the waves crashing right below. The view and sunsets were spectacular. My only regret was we didn’t stay here longer. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Quiet Oceanview

The condo was in great shape and very clean. Air conditioning was nice in the evening but the ocean breeze was lovely all day. Everything we needed for a week was there…beach chairs and umbrella were so handy! The view and sound of ocean at night was everything you would want from an Oceanside rental. The complex was quiet and parking easy. Not much beach to sit on right outside the condo, but spent hours enjoying the ocean from the private deck. Sunset every evening was a highlight. 100% recommend this condo for a relaxing place to stay on the Big Island!!!

Fantastic View!

We loved our stay. The lanai is the best for sure. Watching surfers from sun up to sun down, an occasional turtle in the tide pools, and the most amazing sunsets. The condo has everything you need. Most appreciated are the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler! The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked a few meals there and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Our second time renting with these owners (last year Kauai) and again it was a well-equipped, well-decorated unit. Everything you might need was provided. Cleanliness is really an issue for me and this was a very clean unit. The location I found to be ideal, away from the bustle of the town, but close enough for easy access. You have your choice of several nearby beaches. Highly recommend.

The View!

We had a fabulous time in Kona! The condo is beautiful and the view is fantastic! The bed in the primary bedroom was probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Communication with the owners was great. I would definitely stay here again in the future! Mahalo for having us!
