This property has such a spectacular view. A gorgeous three bedroom cottage with polished concrete floor in the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and very comfortable with stunning views of the mountains and sea, two of the bedroom have access to the deck. There is also a comfortable day bed in the lounge. Our kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and an exterior laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There is an outside pullout clothesline and a clothes rack . The house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The property is fenced. Your pets are welcome, and there is room for your kid's to play. We are surrounded by the bushy bank down to town, and a grassy historic Maori Pa area that has beautiful old trees from the late 1800's. There are cows across the road, and sheep up the hill. All you will hear is the ocean surf and the native birds.
