"The neighborhood is a nice quiet area, with shops & places to eat within a minute walk. The driveway is a bit tricky, but opens up to a beautiful property with plenty of outdoor space. The house itself was very clean & neat, and the rooms all fit our needs. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed a week! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay off the beaten path but still be able to see everything you want!"

Despite the terrible weather in Hawaii, they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering a complimentary extra night in case we got stuck. Truly thoughtful hosts. "We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in Maui. The condo was very clean, the loft was awesome, and the pool being right on the beach next to the water was a huge bonus. The sunsets were beautiful every night — at least until the rain during our last couple of days.Ryan was very responsive. I had a question about the WiFi password and he replied quickly (even though I later realized it was already in a previous message). The location was perfect for what we wanted. You can hear some highway...

"We arrived in rain that did not stop. Our host was amazing. Let us check in a little early. Unfortunate for us we came during the worst rain in decades. Lost power, had limited back up power which was more than most had. Our host helped us the whole way through it. Found some amazing people that accepted us "out of towners" with friendliness.Great Community, only wish we could have done more!"

"The Villa was perfect! Full equipped kitchen with all the amenities. You cannot beat the location. Enjoyed the boogie boards, and paddle boards. Definitely will stay here again."

"We always love staying at this property. The location could not be better for us and the house has two baths and a washer/dryer which are must haves for us for longer stays. While the property is dated in many respects it remains a solid value for the money and the management group has always been responsive and helpful during our stays. If we are able to do so, we will stay here again in the future. We also like the very short walk to the beach (probably 100 feet) where we can launch our paddle...
